I made this character 14 years ago, wayyy before I even knew what Jojo was. Stars are cool. Jojo does not own the concept of stars on a body. My oc has like 7 fucking stars on his body rn (originally it was 13, but I lessened it over time.) This is NOT a jojo reference. Have a good day.

Well, I am not sure what to recommend in this situation, honestly... getting a program in which you could draw frames would be a start. I heard fire alpaca is preferable to paint tool SAI, or maybe photoshop? Fire alpaca is free, at least. Not animating on an animation program is a bit of an uphill battle, though, and you'll probably need to learn how to do at least a little bit of editing, since you'll have to put the frames together and time them. Perhaps look into videos on how other people animate? Honestly, I would recommend getting an animation program, but if you can't, look into how others animate without one.
Since I don't have deviantART I'm just going to assume this is that the parents made him be as a girl for almost his entire life and like some someone possessed him or something and made him rebel now he's like no no evil
