If you store your bags in a storage locker, always take a photo of your locker before you go exploring! That way you’ll have far less problems finding it again, especially in the larger stations like Shinjuku
Most hotels will hold your luggage for you if you are too early to check in. Same for when youre leaving. You can check out, leave your stuff and pick it up later
She didn't include the other fees that go along with those budget flights. Also, she needed to include the time spent going to an airport and waiting vs Shinkansen train station that is very convenient. Just ask yourself, why is the Shinkansen still making money?
She forgets to mention that some budget airline only fly out of Narita airport and the commute to get to from central Tokyo is not worth it. The hassle of going through check-in and security. You can literally show up 30sec before your Shinkansen arrives and be good.
She forgets to mention paying extra frees for bags, paying for better seats and the fact that some budget airlines only fly from NRT which can cost extra and time. These people out here lying. 😂
Right cause If she didn’t use the plane, the plane wouldn’t have taken off at all…. ? Why don’t you ask why it’s cheaper for a plane versus a freaking train to travel to cities?
@TasteLikeSushi if a hundred people think like this, that actually might be true..in Japan there's millions of tourists and millions of people living there..there you go.
I prefer the shinkansen to the plane. No hassle with security. Fun bentos especially for the train.

Also, if you are doing a lot of travelling. a JRPass makes everything so much cheaper to go by local trains and Shinkansen.

Mmmmm....did she tell us to not buy food and drinks from convenience stores???
Nah. I hate flying. The long ass flight to Japan is the only one I'm tolerating for vacation lol
Um no. Get to airport. Security check. Flight.
Get to train station. Shinkansen. Arrive.
I thought you can bring your luggage to your hotel for them to store until it’s time for you to check in?
Needless flying is terrible for the environment
How is an electric train more expensive than airplane fuel and domestic flights? Makes no sense!
Also, you and your accent are so pretty💯❤️
