I am your student sir, 4yrs now listening to you daily and am blessed by your teachings... Thanks. If the book of Hebrews is a comparison of the Old and New covenant like you have taught, then chapter 11 shows how the elders had faith for something to come and chapter 12 shows how Christ is the author of our faith... unlike the elders, we now have faith for what happened, what is already given to us. I see this difference in their Faith and our Faith. I stand to be guided

Amen God created things that only He could see and then brought them into the world in a form that are seen. He saw plants reproducing on a day before He created the male and the female. But in the second chapter Moses said the plants were not in the world yet because there was no man to till the land. He made the man out of the dirt and he was alone even though on the 6th day He created male and female- they were in God’s yetser. So were the animals. Adam existed first in a world that had no plants or animals even though they had substance in God’s imagination. Our faith works the way God’s did in creation.
Hope is what causes faith to work...faith gives substance to hope
