Chocolate Rum Cake

Cake:
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup Dutched process cocoa powder
2 tsp espresso powder
3/4 cup water
2 eggs
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup rum
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp rum
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp milk

Looks good! I've had a sticky orange-flavored rum cake once (color was yellow I believe) that a coworker brought in. Rum adds so much to cakes it would seem. Thanks for the recipe. I have your pumpkin pie on my list to cook sometime this month 😊
