Nice vid as always 😊 Yup the 2 is for category 2 lens as you said 👍
I love my cartier glasses, worth every penny.
unique looking sunglass, but they should have thin glass lenses like MJs - not nearly worth the money without optical quality glass
I’ve had a couple Cartiers in my time and one ophthalmic frame in my current Rx rotation is a C de Cartier. They’re nice frames but definitely not worth their price. I prefer DITA, Matsuda and many other brands over them, so I personally wouldn’t recommend Cartier to potential buyers.
Keep them. They look great on you. I really like the oversized style and it seems like you don't have many large frames in your collection.
Ya I think these are a great balance between over sized and still classy
So, kering is different. They actually own and house the brands they create vs a license contract. Think of them more like LVMH vs an eyewear company like EssilorLuxottica. True design house fashion with design maisons. Otherwise phenomenal review!
Also most frames over $600 don’t have glass, it’s about design ethos and limiting construction to glass bezels isn’t worth it.
You are right about the Kering. They actually own the brands they create, so they are much special in all the manufacturing groups. Could you please explain why most frames over 600 dollars don’t have the glass lenses? What do you mean by the design ethos and limiting construction? I want to improve my knowledge about the sunglasses. Thank you in advance.
I also want to mention I’m subscribed to your channel as well :) thanks for sharing.
@ThatGlassesGuy03
To each is own they own but I wouldn't pay $1,000 for plastic frames you just paying for a brand I rather stick to Versace something a little bit affordable 🤷♂️💭????
They are worth what someone is willing to pay for them. So YES and NO.
Spending that, I want glass lenses. Very nice pair regardless
They make gorgeous sunglasses, but out of my budget.
Nice guy 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Mr.Leight, Oliver People, Persol, and Maui Jims are immensely better than these
@Luka_Tim. your name is Lukas, it was over for you before you even had a chance
Zero chance these are worth above $400
They honestly look not much different than the average pair of sunglasses. Only a fool would pay that much
I really admire Cartier as a watch brand, but sorry not for an eyewear. Cartier eyewear to me is just too old school looking, it gives you old, thick mustache man that not suitable to my taste at all. Sorry, it's just a matter of personal preference
