I’ve yet to play judgment or lost judgment, but in the main yakuza series boxing has always been OP, appears to be the same here, quick side step followed with a combo nearly always lands. Have to say this does look good
Yeah, it's something I really like. The RGG team always seems to have a ton of respect for Boxing, rather than solely giving credit to Asian martial arts. Kuze from 0, Tendo from 7, the Rush style being heavily based on kickboxing, Yagami's boxing style. It's probably one of the technically simpler martial arts in reality, but that doesn't stop it from being incredibly effective. Teaches you how to strike, dodge, block and take a hit. It's fundamental, but still effective.
I defeated soma on hard mode before with using only crane style and just use 2 moves once my health depletes to red.avoid his attacks with crane style and use the ex-action ex flying blow:sky dancer😂

I found that boxer made Kuwana's final fight very easy as well; even on legend difficulty. Definitely changed the game for me when I got it

Once I had boxing style unlocked the fights were a breeze. Not like their usually too hard but the style is way over powered.
