for thinking why do they hate each other so naturally, when you think about it, taking souls to after life after judgement is the reapers job and they see it as a sacred thing and demons for them are just predators who preys on their job for them it is like a farmer hating the wolves who came and eat their livestocks. for demons case they probably see reapers as wasteful, think about it, demons lives off of souls and reapers just takes them to a place both out of their reach and also a place they think not very highly of (sebastian stated his opinion about both heaven and god, both are existing but god is a good for nothing for him and heaven is a place he says has no hold over him) to him what reapers do is just dumping a perfectly fine meal to a trash can.
