Actually, I have Pluto in my 2nd house and I am a Virgo Rising. Pisces 7th House. I actually was taught by my Libra mother about saving, and I’ve very good at saving money, choosing what is a necessity, but having guilt in spending my money on nice things. I haven’t been able to sell anything online I post and I sell it for less than everyone else.
