► Recipe and ingredients:
80 g sugar
80g water
bring to the boil and cook for 1 minute
optional 1 tablespoon cognac or brandy
Cook for 10-15 seconds

10 g vanilla sugar
30 g corn starch
300 ml milk
cook until thickened
100 g dark chocolate
50g butter
Let the cream cool slightly
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
15 g sunflower oil
130 g flour
I added flour in two steps
4 g (1 tsp) baking powder
Baking tray 31*37 cm
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200°C
While the cake is still a little warm, remove the paper and cut off the edges
I make one side with a beveled edge
I used almost all the syrup
Leave some cream to decorate the dessert
wrap tightly into a roll
Wrap tightly with parchment
Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to stabilize the cream
Cut the roll into small, equal pieces
Almond flakes
85 g dark chocolate
80-100 ml warm cream
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate ganache to stabilize.
