Do what makes you happy. You'll never please everyone . Those of us that watch really get a lot of inspiration and motivation from your work. Keep it up we all believe in what your doing.
Well this is the first comment on your videos for me but I have watched and shared with my friends many times. I want to say since you kept mentioning a buggy. YOU NEED TO BUILD ONE! That is all and thanks for your videos and your humour.
HA. Said to myself when you had the crew. Cab Chevy painted and I said I bet it's his wife. Because how strongly you talked about her and her skills? Thank you, Mrs wife you too! nice Work. Dude, love it.
Mrs. Wife, here. Thank you so much for the compliment on the paint. It was fun to try to match that color. The crew cab was our friend, Anna. Her artistic skills far surpass mine. She is incredible, but I'm learning. 😊
Watched this again... this might be the best looking rig you built so far, even without the body. Also your comment to views ratio is really high! and, it is called cinematography.
Great video as always. Good job focusing on the positive. I'll always watch every video, sometimes it takes some time to sit down in peace and quiet to watch, but I always will. Thanks for making these. I subscribe to 40+ channels and look forward to yours the most.
Man I so injoy all of your videos and have come to find myself looking for them. Thanks for sharing and making such cool RC,s and inspiring me and others to try new things. Love your work and looking forward to what you do next.
4Runner looks really great! I love your build process, it's really fun to watch and learn from. Your wife did a killer job on the body. Thank you both very much.
I love watching you build your rc cars they are amazing and I’m building my own cars also keep up the great work bud looking forward to see what else you do
Such great work man rc craftmanship at its finest..I'm just a rtr nitro guy but I really can appreciate what u do .To me rc is rc hints the handle ..really cool rcs bro I will always watch
Awesome. I have a hard body jeep tj I want to make up a frame for it. Dig the builds. I’m always enjoying the videos. I hope I can build up one like that.
Thank you, Mr & Mrs Waffles RC! Fun and entertaining (great edit) video of an awesome, custom rc build project. The bodyshell looks very smart indeed. Maybe somewhere in the future we'll see a cross over video with Waffles RC meets LNSPLTBLVD. Just an idea that came up during the video. Watched the whole way through of course. Thank you kindly ☺✌
Your work on this small Scale Is inspiring, so my comments comes from real admiration for what you do, hence from deep inside you are a master in my view.
Your bills always look very awesome and I wish I could build them exactly like you do, but I don’t have a good welder. I just have a big sticker and that would be a bit too much I think.
Awesome build. Always look forward to seeing your videos. If you don't have hater's then you're not doing something right. Keep up the amazing work your doing, and keep focused on the positive vibes. See you on the trails
Love the runner looks great and wifey did a great job on the paint job... You inspire me to do more and keep building no matter what....... Did I win 🙏🤣😁 ty brother means a lot to me .... We are all winners💪💪💪
Thank you! That color is tough. Anyone familiar with recent model Toyotas knows that Lunar Rock can look like three different colors depending on the light. It was fun trying to match it.
I love watching people create scale versions of their actual vehicles! Def my favorite adventure in the hobby. Running them is just a bonus. Keep up the awesome work!
Looks fantastic 👏, paint job is on point, n dats coming from someone "me" who loves ta paint bodys, ya misses has got it looking clean m8, im from little ol London, wish i ad dat amount a space ta work in 😅 keep up da great content bruv.
i was waiting for this series to conclude and see the finished product of the mini Toyota, since all of this was a custom build, it was difficult I'm sure and frustrating but you have the patients of a saint my friend, with all the trouble you initially had with this truck i can say for sure the project would have ended up being destroyed with me doing it, thank you for sticking it through and recording it because the truck is absolutely beautiful and functional. thank you for starting this channel and being real about it........... the paint job is pristine
Keep on keeping on brother! You’re doing a badass job at making rigs and making amazing content!! I want a welder so bad so I can create my own stuff. I have a handful of rigs that I would like to make custom stuff for. What is a recommended welder? Something low maintenance and something not crazy expensive and doesn’t require gas preferably.
Yeah it’s a Friday rad build thank you. My wife and I bought a new 4Runner in January I don’t keep up with the gen’s 5 maybe idk your model last year of the v6. We bought the sr5 cuz we wanted the incase of 3rd row for grand kids and got the premium model leather sun roof. Also reason why I opted for this and not the trd is I don’t like the one rear locker arrangement. Only use in 4low and my buddy would get stuck in 4hi in sand with his FJ. The sr5 comes with a posi clutch pack carrier so I can have it in 2wheel and still have 2wheels turn in loose conditions. I figured it’s cheaper for me to ad lockers of my choice and since I have to have car payments I don’t want the added cost. Like like the 17” satin wheel cuz I get more side wall. I did not care for the one with the 18” or 20” wheels that looks like a Realtors car and all the chrome bits no offense to anyon. I call it the marshmallow. It’s white and squishy comfortable etc. this build looks beautiful seriously good job dude. Wish I could meet you and drive some cars together. Oh well God bless and have a great weekend you and your wife. Eating some spaghettiOs first break at work 😂 piece buddy
First off, I might not comment very often but glad to see your in a better frame of mind. Now for a couple questions. What oil do you run in your shocks? How are you liking that radio. I am thinking of getting one. Next project..... All round stock rock bugy crawler would be cool. This is my fav vid so far. You do outstanding work and put plenty of thought into what the truck needs. Keep working on the IFS you'll get it. To Mrs. Waffes (RC) not sure if you remember me but wanted to say, SUPER sweet paint job. Keep up the good work and RC on.
I actually dont run any oil in the shocks. Just grease. It's a personal preference to allow more easy flex. I just had issues with them always leaking out.
Thank you for the paint compliment! It was my first time painting and I am thankful it went well. That Lunar Rock color is tough. It looks different depending on the light or if it is overcast.
Grease, I will have to take a look at doing that at some point. How heavy of grease do you run, washers? Good thing we don't get lifetime replacement on these shocks. LOL I love that color on both the big and the small truck. Looking foward to seeing it out in the wild. I'm off to my Saturday morning channel that I like to watch it's called Tiny Truck Therapy. Just tiny trucks crawling around. These guys have a lot of fun. Have a good weekend and RC on!
I think the best way to start is to start getting parts and materials together. I won't start to build a frame until I have at least the body and the axles I want to use.
Lol well u got an advantage , love what your husband does, he doesn't really know how much I look forward to seeing his videos. Always waiting patiently to see something he has done. Ty for your kind words🙏👏👋💪
Believe it or not, Iceman, there are mornings you beat me. You are on the East coast, correct...or at work when these post. I set my alarm. I'm a big fan of his channel, too. ❤️😎
Stick them horrible red D rings in some thinners or brake fluid for a few days .takes the paint right off then leave them raw alloy or paint em whatever colour you want ..Rc4wd put the least amount of grease in them as they can .the price they cost you’d think they would grease em right
Sounds good. I’ve put together a 3d printed body based on an older nissan patrol. Not sure how to mount it as of yet but magnets seem to be the way to go from what I’ve seen.
Do what makes you happy. You'll never please everyone . Those of us that watch really get a lot of inspiration and motivation from your work. Keep it up we all believe in what your doing.
Thanks for the appreciation. I enjoy watching your build all the way thru
Well this is the first comment on your videos for me but I have watched and shared with my friends many times.
I want to say since you kept mentioning a buggy. YOU NEED TO BUILD ONE!
That is all and thanks for your videos and your humour.
Your next truck should be a buggy. I bet you could build a dope one.
HA. Said to myself when you had the crew. Cab Chevy painted and I said I bet it's his wife. Because how strongly you talked about her and her skills? Thank you, Mrs wife
you too! nice Work. Dude, love it.

I have an old RC trucking Nissan Titan it is an odd size I'm going to make a custom frame for it and hopefully I can find the right axles
4Runner looks really great! I love your build process, it's really fun to watch and learn from. Your wife did a killer job on the body. Thank you both very much.

Really nice job on this build!

So awesome my friend 😮😊
Love watching the build videos.
One super talented dude
Tell Mrs.WafflesRC that she did an amazing job with the paint. The 4Runner turned out fantastic. Looks like your gonna need 39s on your 1:1
Thank you! Lol! The channel is going to need to make more $$$ for 39s. Gonna need new axles to fit those. 😂😍

You Rock ! Your channel is what this is all about! Showing us how to build and have fun!!!
Keep up the amazing work
I like your style..... no...... I love it.......
love your builds.... keep up the bad ass work
Thank you very much!!
For just a moment, I was amazed at the cool tarp, before I realized it was 1/10 scale.
Great looking RC truck man great job on building it to
maybe the next build could be a replica of an actual offroad crawler. just cage and flat filler pannels.
Oh don't worry. I do have plans for one in the future. I'll give you a little hint.... it wont be 1/10 scale 😎
Truck turned out awesome. It will be cool to see it out on the rocks and trails.
sick build, Earned my sub
How did she paint it? Wow!! Just, wow!!
Thank you!!! I used several different colors of acrylic paint. I painted the inside of the body. LOTS of layers. 😅
4Runner looks fantastic!
The 4 Runner looks fantastic, both paint and chassis. Nice work as always.

I seen some light bars that are similar to your on Amazon cheap ones 😁 don't have 8 like yours but would look awesome on the runner ....
Hello from Finland. That looks nice. This are cool rc channel 👍
That thing is clean... nice work
Hauler looking good. Love the 4 Runner chassis and body. 👍🏾
We watch you build your rc the good and the oops it's perfect 🥰
Thank you very much for that!!!
Bro that is an awesome build, love it… Keep the videos rolling in, it has helped me a lot in stuff I’m building.

Lol! I do remember! You were the first to call me Mrs. Waffles.😂
Thank you for the continued support of the channel and Mr. Waffles RC. He is lucky to have all of you and enjoys the engagement in the builds.
Thank you for the paint compliment! It was my first time painting and I am thankful it went well. That Lunar Rock color is tough. It looks different depending on the light or if it is overcast.

Andrew is such a pleasant chap. Sweet vid brother. That body😍
Bro u are well good bro I been wanting to do something like this but I don't know well to. Start if u can give me any tips
I think the best way to start is to start getting parts and materials together. I won't start to build a frame until I have at least the body and the axles I want to use.
Just wish you were in the southwest. I'd like to meet you and check out your crawlers. I want to see a off road wrecker like Teail mater in moab ut..
Bro have you ever tried to do rear steering i bet that would look cool your smart i know you can figure something out
Are you gonna be adding all the lights?
What axles do you generally use ? Like ar44,45 or ar60
Should have done the knightcustom 3d printed stuff for the body
Hllo brother i m from Indonesia i like see carr you i want😍😍
First....Iceman!!!!😂😂😂😂

What axles r those and where u get them
They are AR45 style axles off of amazon. I put a link to them in the description if you want to check them out.
@@WafflesRC-pb4nt okay sounds good
What do you recommend for a budget chassis crawler for 1/10.
I would say the SCX10 2. That is what i use for my piece together builds.
Sounds good. I’ve put together a 3d printed body based on an older nissan patrol. Not sure how to mount it as of yet but magnets seem to be the way to go from what I’ve seen.
Ya, I've seen them used a lot on the 3D bodies so they must be good
