I appreciate that! If you've watched any of my previous videos, you'll find that I often spend way too much time on the intro. This time, I decided to just get straight to point and probably will continue doing that going forward. Thank you for watching!
Yoo dude I had a quick question! I pulled a downtown Marvin Harrison jr from a holiday blaster yesterday I’m so excited. I noticed the cardboard on my downtown is thicker than base cards, is there a specific sleeve and toploader I should use for it because it’s a bit more thick? (Not as thick as mem cards obv, but still thicker than base cards) I just am so worried about damaging it 😂 thanks in advance bro, and sick PSA returns by the way!
First off, congrats on the Downtown! Interesting that the card seems thicker than normal. I have not pulled a Downtown from 2024 Donruss (yet) but I did pull a Jahmyr Gibbs Downtown from 2023 Donruss and I don't remember it being any thicker than a normal base card. Regardless, you can try using an oversize card sleeve designed for thicker cards. Both Ultra Pro and BCW make them. Also, if you feel like a standard 35 pt. toploader isn't big enough, you could try a slightly larger 55 pt. toploader.
There is nothing wrong with 0.99 auctions, it just depends on the card and liquidity. Not sure how you listed, but starting a 7 day auction at 6:30 PM is generally the best strategy for exposure. Also, promoting the low value cards pays for itself as well
That has been the general consensus on eBay for many years. List your 7 day auctions on Sunday night between 6-7pm starting at $0.99. But, in my experience this approach results in much lower winning bids than if I listed it fixed price and allowed potential buyers to send me offers. I would much rather wait for the right buyer to pay what the card is worth, even if it ends up taking longer than 7 days.
Question: On one card (Jackson Holliday xfractor, I think) you said you sold it for $18 and made $13. Are you counting grading fees in that? Thanks! Enjoy the videos!
No, but the grading fees (including the shipping costs to and from PSA) are included in the -$427 profit/loss counter at the start of the video. It comes out to about $21.35 per card graded and shipped.
🔥🔥
👍👍
Love the way you just get to facts. Most hem and haw and waste time

the auto on Pence was nice should've graded the auto as well might've helped it a little
That’s a good point. I’ve never considered having the autograph graded… 🤔
@ I only grade them if I think I’ll 10…the pence auto I’m pretty confident u would’ve got a 10 for it
