The best decision I made 21 years ago was to buy some land in Ngong using my dollars. The rate at which the piece of that land has appreciated is amazing.
Nice people and estates especially Zambia but you ll have to endure evening traffic jam, salty water early closure for PSV matatus, additional charges by Uber drivers...
Why NGONG Town Has A Shrinking Population Despite Fast Growth | I Visited Ngong & Matasia Towns. I'M EQUALLY SHOCKED SINCE THOUGHT NGONG IS OVERPOPULATED AS OPPOSED TO KAREN, RONGAI, MATASIA, KISERIAN SUBURBS.
Population is shrinking because it's not an industrial town. It's a bedroom town where you want to raise a family. You must be a property owner to be comfortable living here.
