I’ll never get over the fact that shanks manages to be playable in various of one piece games despite the fact that we never actually seen much of what he’s capable of yet
I love Shanks' character. Despite losing one arm, no one in the world wants the smoke with him, not even Kaido returned to Wano after encountering him. And still considered him among the new who can fight him. He's the embodiment of, "I can beat you with one arm tied behind my back". (And that is messed up for me to say).

Tbh i will be very shocked if shanks DOES have a special ability it seems more like he is the type of person who masters the basics and haki to just kick everyone's ass with them. As for df possibility i will effectively deny all of them mostly since he has always lived by the principle of NOT using a devil fruit. People talk about a time fruit= shanks conquerors haki and yes conquerors haki has been showed numerous times to possess something akin to this quality. Why did he have the gum gum fruit? Was likely gonna pawn it off to pay for sailing expenses (and their drinking tab XD). Wind cracking the sky in the brief clash against whitebeard= animation to show the strength of the sound wave of that clash (powerful characters clashing). Any more?lol point is Shanks' character is simple and i like that and i hate it when people repeatedly try to overcomplicate Shanks. He is powerful. He is basic for now live with it XD. This moveset is actually genius. I can't speak for if it comes through with pure visuals, but having just unlocked Shanks his moveset is perfect. It all seems like just a normal dude swinging a sword, but the hitboxes and damage are insane mixed in with enough pure haki to make him pretty much the defacto Conqueror's haki user. It's the exact opposite of Mihawk, the other character they had to make a completely original moveset for (whose moves are some of the most sleek and stylishly over-the-top in the game), and it's brilliant with how much it fits Shanks as this dude who is seemingly just "some guy" yet is clearly one of the most powerful characters.
Found an exploit with TTSSS: When Shanks starts Emperor Walking, don't spam the square button, wait for him to take out his gun and quickly press square. If done correctly, Shanks will continue walking after firing. Repeat this method when he walks and he should be able to shoot 3 times in one combo.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was shanks actual moveset, I’m 1000% positive shanks had red haki like luffy, that’s why Shanks was confident luffy could become pirate king, I feel like Roger’s haki was red as well, Roger wore red, shanks hair is red, and luffy were’s red

When rayleigh fought against Kazaru he was able to match his speed. I expect Shanks speed to be the same or even greater. There a lot of potential in mastering haki
I wouldn't read too much into it. This is a video game from 2015, made by a pretty niche studio. I doubt the developers had that kind of foresight or insider information from Oda. They just probably thought the lightning effects looked cool.

Turns out those red lightnings are advanced usage of haki after all! Shanks in this game kinda spoiled us about conqueror’s haki’s advanced utility, which we as readers would not figure out until chapter 1010.
r1 is observation haki which is why time is slow down i think shanks is just the greatest haki user without devil fruit for now and his moveset is what he really can do somehow electricity is just an effect of a mastered conqueror haki use at will ( now we find it only in royal haki clash because people who doesnt mastered it enough clash with all their will who is represent by their haki ) and also the r1 explain how he came in marineford ... Still best one piece game ever as uns4 for naruto and tenkaichi/xenoverse for db

Honestly, I wouldn't look too deep into it. Obviously, Oda would endorse the games, he gets royalties from this stuff. It doesn't mean that stuff in the games is canon, or hints at canon. The devs even said that they don't have direct communication with Oda for this stuff.

This is not because Zaraki is stronger than Unohana, Ichigo or even Byakuya in raw strength or stamina/durability that he is a better swordsman. He is "lame" as a swordsman. Zaraki is just like Gregor Clegane in GoT in more clever. It's not because Clegane use a sword and kills Forel that he will be a better swordsman than Syrio Forel. Mihawk is probably considered the best swordsman and not shanks, although they are as much strong one and other, because Mihawk is more rational and has a more technical style. What judge the title of best swordsman is evidently not the raw strength, speed or durability of the fighter, it's "technique", the beauty of the fighting style and the ability of a fighter to accomplish incredible things, "only" thanks to his "sword" skill. In the same manner, during the second fight between Ichigo and Byakuya, Byakuya is very faster than Ichigo, but if you analyse, Ichigo is already a best swordsman. Despite the speed of his opponent, he arrives to anticipate his movements and countered his attack with a clever move. Shanks also probably use his legs, a bit like Urahara in his training battle with Ichigo, to improve his fighting abilities. All of this, without forget this lighting stuff to finish. Shanks will have to utilize his intense conquerors Haki to fight. Instead of using busoshoku haki to coat his sword he uses conquerors to weaponize it. TLDR- he’ll use conquerors haki to the utmost level. *use your imagination

Shanks will have to utilize his intense conquerors Haki to fight. Instead of using busoshoku haki to coat his sword he uses conquerors to weaponize it.
