Sir , i have a doubt again , out of the factor incomes the profit earned may not be given to an entrepreneur fully, a part of it can be kept with the firm as undistributed profits, so then how ill output and income method give same GDP? Bdw sir, i love your teaching ! 🙂

i think if we use business man instead of enterpreneur then overall profit will be recieved by business man. from earning profit, he will do expenditures etc. then it will be easy to understand. but my question is how we can measure national income by expenditures because we do not spend all of the earning. we make savings as well. I think this will be fit in this way if we assume that savings are equal to investment.🤔🤔🤔. as economics is incomplete without assumptions...

ap k question ka answer ye h k as we know price is equal to cost plus profit. rent, wages and interest are cost and profit is earning. so final price ko plus krn ya cost or profit ko plus krn to answer same rhy ga. as P=cost+profit. so hm chahe to final prices ko add kr ln ya cost and profit ko add krn answer same hoga. but muje expenditures ka smaj nhi aya
