      Brother watch the podcast with shaykh Muhammad Al Maliki who was hosted by the green lane masjid. IN Sha Allah you will find lots of benefits there and how to balance out Deen with dunya... It's highly recommended, everyone must watch that podcast. May Allah bless and preserve the shaykh ameen.

      Fully dedicating time to study the deen is not for everyone but it is something we should all at least attempt to do in our lives at some point. Some alhamdulillah can balance it, but as we know a lot of great scholars have had to sacrifice a lot to get to the level they are at. A famous example is imaam An-Nawawi who never even got married before his death because he was so focused on obtaining knowledge and he had a lack of desire and pleasure from this temporary life. May Allah give him the highest rank of jannah. And may Allah make it easier for us to dedicate some time to gain Islamic knowledge ameen

      Ask Allah for help
      If Thomas Alva Edison could work for 20 hours and sleep and eat in the remaining hours for a purpose that will soon be forgotten,
      We can too, for a purpose which will ease our paths to Jannah In sha Allah
      P.S - Take advantage of qaylullah which was the sunnah of prophet ﷺ

    • @B_muslim

      7 hours should be a minimum it’s understandable to want to really gain knowledge but we’ll also be questioned about how we took care of our bodies! Our body is a gift from Allah so remember to maintain it (Balanced Eating, Exercise, Enough hours of sleep).

    • @hamzajamil1281
      @hamzajamil1281 2 роки тому +4

      From personal experience I can handle 5-6 hours sleep. There have been times when I've slept 4 hours, I could get through the day but not as energetic and productive.
      I think 6 hours should be plenty of sleep to remain energised throughout the day. But again it can vary from person to person. You just have to try it out and see what's your minimum.
      May Allah put barakah in our time.

      @@user-ln8sg5wo7y we need to do physical exercise as well, along with studying deen, physical exercise is Sunnah in Islam, Prophet Muhammad SM and His Companions used to practice archery, sword fighting, horse riding, camel riding, wrestling. Hence a Muslim must do physical exercise, because physical exercise is Sunnah in Islam.

    Ustad, If someone insults the Prophet ﷺ is it only the Ruler’s obligation to carry out the hudood? What about in the land of the non-muslims? Someone said As-Sarim al-Maslul by Ibn Taymiyaah promotes that it is not just the Ruler’s obligation. Can you clarify on this topic?

    Islam is simple. Studying Islamic law and philosophy should only be for a minority. We need to work on our egos, that's the real source of knowledge.
