Haven't seen the video yet but he should have gone to TGI Fridays at Wembley. I went there while I was in the area recently and it was an absolute disgrace. The burger I ordered was £20 for what was essentially a Rustlers burger and my friend had a chicken burger which was a tiny, burnt piece of chicken that looked like a toe.
As a chef that has worked in numerous places i can tell you now the food hygiene 0-5 is based on what they said in this video but an a huge but about 80% of it is also paper work an filling the correct things about the correct practices. You could have the cleanest best food on the planet in the nicest kitchen with perfect staff but if you don't file your paperwork an update it regularlly you will not get above a 3, I once got downrated from 5 - 4 because an i quote "The paper work looks to clean so it could have be forged" Take the food rating numbers with a pinch of salt anything below a 3 is a issue but 3 4 5 hygiene wise will likely be near enough the same.
A few years ago I was in Indonesia eating soul garden. Lmao was about to take a plate and man did I scream there a baby roach on it. Ants everywhere. And then sit down just to look ahead of me and there a Big fat ass rat climbing ard the pipe 😭 and it ended up crawling towards us. There were big roaches everywhere too. My parents didn’t want to leave as they paid for it. Worse place ever
