That's probably from the burn damage only, the normal attack hits another 20 is my guess

Don't want to be that guy but full DH with max strength bonus with the new ultor ring can hit a 102 if at 1 hp. Skill Specs went for this and got close but never got the max hit either.
The challenge is not the overall max str hit, but rather the max dds spec hitsplat. If you go back, almost all content creators try this every year or so cuz it is hype
