@@RVRealtyPH one of my relatives live there, way back when typhoons are strong like ondoy and any normal strong typhoon there is always flood on that area so they sell their house and transfer way up in Antipolo, that is why the market vallue of the housw and lot there are very affordable, i know its not good to comment like this because you are using this platform to market your houses and lots but for those people who will those houses should know also the consequences on buying house where they can have a worry free life, i am considering also to buy a house there because of the considerable price and i can afford to pay cash but due too these problems where i research also before considering to buy a house there stops me for doing so. People should know what they're up too when buying properties. Sorry for commenting like this on your vlog but people should know. Thanks also for giving some time answering to my comment.
