I'm a gyro player if u applied these setting then there's no need to change gyro sensitivity if previous sensi works fine.

If no gyro , firing sensitivity should be smaller than camera sentivity for recoil control , ex : ads camera 100 , firing ads 80 ... tpp camera 100 , tpp firing 80 ... indeed with gyro we can keep same overall value for camera and firing
I only use my thumb to turn and do movements. Gyro for EVERYTHING else

Does increasing sensitivity make vertical recoil easy? Does it have any effect at all on vertical recoil?
Higher sensitivity does make recoil easier in that it reduces how much of the screen you drag your finger across to control recoil.

Settings aren't going to utterly negate recoil, hardly anything can, but having good settings and good attachments for your weapon can certainly help. I'll try to make things as clear as possible even if you already know some of the things I mention, you'll encounter horizontal and vertical recoil, you'll have to look at whatever weapon your using to get an idea of the recoil pattern of that specific weapon (aim and shoot at a wall without touching anything other than your fire button to see what kind of recoil pattern your weapon has) and practice controlling the recoil by dragging down for vertical recoil and dragging zigzag like for horizontal recoil if your weapon has any. As for attachments you'll slap on 3 or so that control the recoil that you find the most difficult to control. As for settings well a higher sensitivity can help to control recoil by reducing the amount of the screen you'll need to drag across in order to control recoil, but keep in mind that a sensitivity that is too high makes it harder to track enemy movement at long distances. But I'd recommend trying out what the vid above has recommended sense wise and then just tweak things to your preference.
Here are some of the easiest weapon's to use that are good.the ak117 the ak47 the grau556 the kilo 141and the m4 in that order. Here are my recommend builds for these weapons in the order above, ( monolithic suppressor, owc marksman, ranger foregrip, 48 rnd mag, classic red dot) ( gru combo grip or owc ranger, owc laser tactical, extended mag B, granulated grip tape, classic red dot) ( tactical suppressor, tempus 26.4 archangel, ranger foregrip, 60 rnd mag, cronen sniper elite) ( monolithic suppressor, owc marksman, classic red dot, ranger foregrip, extended mag B) ( monolithic suppressor, owc marksman, classic red dot, ranger foregrip, 50 rnd mag).
