Listen, the jury was actually there for the trial, unlike you, they listened to ALL the facts, witnesses and experts, saw ALL the evidence, listened to both sides present their case. The state has ALL the burden to prove guilt NOT the defense. That state has to PROVE, beyond ALL REASONABLE doubt their case, if that burden is not meant and if the jury has ANY REASONABLE doubt, you shouldn't convict someone. That's just facts and how the justice system should work. Personal feelings SHOULD NOT be considered, ONLY the facts and evidence. Do I feel he may have something to do with it, possibly but I wasn't there for the entire trial like the jury. The jury's decision must be respected.

If things like this "never happen in small towns like Tewksbury," _48 Hours, Dateline,_ and a dozen others over the last decades wouldn't exist.
Funny how there's always some ne'er-do-wells in these "safe" little towns that everyone seems to know about beforehand, too. Perhaps, if the community didn't tolerate these -"rambunctious"- sociopathic kids, they'd actually be as safe as they pretend they are. Teenagers murdering someone due to jealousy isn't normal. Teens murdering due to _any reason_ ain't normal. There's no getting around that.
I also have a hard time believing this was Shelley's and Ferreira's first time doing something like this, but no one said/did anything about them because their targets were likely people who lived outside the town of Tewksbury, so who cares, right?

Certain MOMENT'S that shame me BUT admit to as they , even use as examples of how a certain unthought but no the less ,cruel remark made me shamed & hoping my Parents would not judge me & that the cruelties , we all receive as each of us attempts not to be seen as vulnerable , are but only the actions of someone just like ' us ' . Yet no where in those memories is there Any that carry the absolute percgant for self deception over a lifetime that these men carry with an apparent ability to defy that sense of guilt I carry for a limerick attacking someone at age 12 . & Then listening to the pride in the defense lawyers tone , well it evokes nausea to realize such pride because he knowingly obtained that not guilty verdict for such a Duplicious member of our tribe . One can but hope that judgement will bef forthcoming not through any action on his innocent member of family but that as guilty Verdicts followed for his cohorts those close to him AND that deluded jury , discover that such deliberate closing of minds results in it's own punishment
