will this affect xing huis place in the meta

Imo she is def still a must have for defense (at least for now) and for attack her sustain and flash are still pretty good. Remember she is a healer that mostly focuses on healer, unlike Fragrans, which although has quite some healing power isn't a dedicated healer.
Although for sure we will see xinghui's spot in the attackers shake. General meta I'm guessing she will still be among the most picked characters.
Keep in mind that significant XingHui nerfs are coming in October/November
