hello, I can't give you medical advice, you best ask these questions to the medical team involved in the care of your mother. Based upon the information you'e provided it doesn't sound as if the language areas are invlved, so I'd say that there's a chance she'll regain her speech, but I can't be very specific or I can' be sure without being involved in the case and knowing the specifics. Even then, it can be difficult to predict the degree of recovery after a stroke or a hemorhage. I wish you all the best, to you and your family, kind regards, Sen

@theneuroradiologist I feel relieved. When You said she well regain her speech . Thank you
The doctor under which mom is not very sure when she will speak back but he told he can't be sure also.
In a youtube video a neurologist was telling that left side ganglio capsular region is very difficult to regain . They will always have aphasia problem.
      Is he telling right?
