We will always protect the public no matter what. Unfortunately COVID-19 is not going anywhere soon and we all have a duty to ensure that we maintain social distancing and protect ourselves in public with proper PPE. If another surge happens alongside a normal flu season, we all again will need look after ourselves and protect our loved ones. I’m a nurse in the nhs and I found it really disheartening hearing you say ‘how long are we going to protect the nhs’ we have risked our lives everyday for the sake of the people in this country the least people can do is respect social distancing.

What’s going on with them. Laughing at hurting animals on last night’s live, sneering at subs who found it offensive (including those who were paying them money each month?) deleting the video and now this evening, saying that about the NHS in such a public forum. So selfish 😢 So disappointing 😢

NHS 💙 is for life not just for Corona virus. Thank you for everything you do. My sister in law and son,s girlfriend are nurses and have taken this lockdown very seriously. Hope they are much more appreciated now. A pay rise wouldn’t go a miss God knows they deserve it.

I smell it everywhere.We were at the seaside the other week & it was horrible as it makes me feel physically sick as the sickly smell hits me so quickly.We had to move and a couple of younger women moved also.Its up to people what they do but at the seaside where there were loads of children my husband said if they want to do it why don’t they do it in the privacy of their own homes.Isnt it illegal to smoke it in private places?

my son was smoking it 24/7 he started to become aggressive and Paranoid , i was scared of him and he alienated himself from us i was scared when i came home from work and he was shouting over the balcony at people asking what are you looking at. Luckily he finally gave up on it but it took a long time.

A year and half I had a blooming squirrel in the loft and it wasn’t for 8 months any one believed me ! We caught it in a humane trap and let it go at the woods ! Soooooo. Bloody annoying 😂😂
Life Has To Go On! I Work in Care Home And Bcos NHS Were Not Testing! A lot Was Spread in The Care Sector ! We Carers Were Also At a risk and Working 12 Hour Shifts and Putting Our Family's At Risk ! Nadia and Mark Is Correct We Need To Move On!
Please Do Not use Rat Poison it is inhumane the rodent will hemorage inside their body and suffer.Instead either get a humane trap and catch then release them back to the wild or get those plug in thingies that gives off a sonic sound that only they can hear and it will scare them off.I have a pet mouse and love him I can understand that wild mice carry germs and leave droppings and smelly urine behind and it is true mice can get into very tiny holes.

If you are worried about social distancing, I would really recommend watching The Sun you you tube video covering the first EasyJet flight post Lockdown this week from London to Glasgow (if I'm remembering correctly). It was recommended by a colleague. I'm not recommending The Sun at all!!! but on the video there was no social distancing on the plane just face masks. Needs to be seen to be believed.
...I just found it hypocritical that people were sat next to each other so very little effort made by the company. We're not allowed to do this on trains or buses. On planes there is air conditioning as well, so how can this fit in with the rules the Government and Scientists set?

I have a weak heart and have done for many years, so I'm wondering if these exercises that you both done in this vlog would help get my heart healthy and back stronger.
Smoking anything is not only bad for your lungs, but pollutes other people's air too. Alcohol 🍸 on the other hand doesn't usually interfere with others as long as you don't drink and drive

Hi guys just watched Nadia exercising and noticed how slim and fit she is looking also you need to find out if you have squirrels in the house if so you need to get them out as they can cause a lot of damage to your electric supply and cause an electric fire

I’m in Stevenage in Hertfordshire and cannabis is everywhere here. I can even smell it when I park outside my home with the car windows open. The smell seems different now from when we used to smoke it. The weed is more toxic smelling! Hate it. As someone 12 years in recovery from alcohol it does actually trigger me sometimes, from an association point of view. Great vlog guys xx
i use it everyday, i have RAD a type of PTSD thatisnt really recognised in the uk, it stopes me thinking about my parents dying it brilliant, i get a clear head, i also have a lot of pains in my jkoints im suspecting its bad arthritus as it runs in my birth family. and it really helps that pain. i cant afford the 2 grand for a prescription. but i love it, yet you vcan get high off it and i have done if im not working but mostly it makes me feel like a normal real person

You cannot just block a hole in the house. Rodents need to have something climb up if you have anything around there for the rodents to climb up the. It would be a rat or squirrels. But wild birds can make nest in side the house too, which happened a lot. If you block the joke, whatever in there will die and you will have problems inside the house and in the end you might have to remove floor boards which will be a huge job. So be careful about it. And buy bait box eBay does them and you can located all the bait boxes around the house to protect your property. I live in a. Countryside with 3 farms around. I keep poultry and farm pets so I have boat boxes wrapped around my house.

I loved your cannabis podcast, I'm not a smoker but most of my friends are. So I tend to keep away from them when they do smoke...I've been tempted don't get me wrong, but then I've thought of the damage it can do to your lungs and stuff when you start and don't stop, so that put me of completely. I can really notice you waist shape change so that’s why I started doing the nitric oxide. I can really notice my shoulder muscles toning. I’d like to see a difference in my legs & belly. I’d like to be a bit flatter but mostly I want to feel fitter.

I feel the same way as you Mark, I love to go to cinema screenings but with this corona now being lifted and cinemas going to reopen again, I don't feel comfortable even stepping foot onto cineworld premises just to watch a movie, when I could get the DVD a few months later. I do think the PM is easing the lock down too early which means people are gonna go mad when all other shops and what not reopen. I feel like we're going to have a 2nd wave of infection rates but we won't if everyone keeps inside and keeps 2m apart from each other.
I live in norfolk and about 10 miles from my house is a legal cannabis farm. . . 2 years ago was the first year it opened and it stuck for 4 weeks. . . I work 5 miles away and the smell was sickening. . Luckily they upped the filters now. . . .

Totally understand where Ur coming from with wrapping kids up in cotton wool... My two are 18(boy) 15(girl) .. now I wanna keep them away from the outside world.. but we have to let go.. to certain extent anyway.. I'm only 37 myself, so still living my life how I wanna, drinking on occasions, listening to loud music, working my ass off, to keep the roof ova our head, then I look at my teenagers an think I need to grow up 😂😂😂😂😂🤦 but they love that I'm on their level.. most of the time 😂🙋🏼♀️
Loved the cannabis podcast - thank you!! On the question of whether we can smell weed around - I grew up in a small town in rural East Yorkshire. Increasingly, on my visits home in between terms at uni, I notice the smell of weed so much more than I did a few years ago. I really do worry for teenagers - your podcast inspired me to talk about the dangers with my teenage brother . Xxx
