Scud Race - 8 Player Panoramic Attract Mode

I was having a play around with Supermodel's networking ability a few weekends ago and got it running in a single PC 8 player network (although, the 8 games shudder down to about 15fps running in unison on my ancient PC like that). I've sped the video back up to the right speed here and added the attract mode music back in.

Thanks for doing this. I think it is safe to say that you and me both want to own a setup with 8 dlx cabs with 50" 4:3 monitors to marvel at this 8 screen attract mode in real life.

Daytona 2 definitely missed a trick by not having a panoramic attract mode like this

@@alif_falah I've thought about trying to give it a go... but my PC was already struggling with 8. I have actually seen someone else on UA-cam (with a far more powerful and modern PC) do it though.

protip: if you're going to upload something that's *really* wide, don't export the video in 16:9. UA-cam actually supports 18:9 uploads as well (or 2:1 if you're a math nerd) - this allows the video to stretch as much as possible across wider display formats.
for a 1080p upload, you'll want to upload in 2160x1080, for example. (youtube will actually compress this down to 1920x960, but you need to upload in 2160x1080 for their encoder to process the 1080p option)
sidenote: they also apparently support 21:9 uploads as well, which is even wider

If I export the video in 18:9 then it's going to be foreshortened on everyone's display that's 16:9 - the aspect ratio that most people will be using on TVs and monitors at home. I'll wager they massively outnumber the 18:9 crowd (unless we're talking mobile phone displays, which isn't something I'd take into consideration).
