Hi Denise, You can find the recipe on my website.
You can get ingredients at any health food store or grocery store. For the starter cultures (if you decide to use them ) you can find them on my website: www.culturedfoodlife.com/store/product/vegetable-starter-by-cutting-edge-cultures/

You can also drain the whey from organic whole milk plain yogurt. That whey is fermented.

Thank you, I love these videos, but it just kills me to hear it pronounced that way, having grown up with this wonderful product in Russia... :)

I think it is pronounced differently in different part of the world depending on the language. People talk differently.

I wonder if some of those were allergies, or reactions to all the crap they’re putting in foods these days? It’s frightening all the crap they’re trying to sneak under our noses, and pollute our bodies out of greed. We’re eating fruits and vegetables that have way less nutritional value than 30 or 40 years ago. They’re genetically modified, and most of the time we have no idea what products contain them. We’re eating meats and animal products that are genetically modified, and full of pharmaceuticals and hormones. And all of these awful changes are to increase the profits corporations make, and make us sicker and more unwell so that we will put profits in the pockets of another industry, the healthcare industry. Or I should say, sickcare industry. An industry that emphasizes bandaid treatments for illness once they’re there, not on prevention to not get sick. I just know that when you try to play GOD, and start messing around with genetics, the most powerful force in this world, how can you possibly predict or expect the results? Unlike God, the future, we can not see. If we keep this up, one day we’ll create a genetically modified plague that will really mess us up for generations.
I heard a guy say that in his location, box cereal was hard to keep weevils out of. It didn’t keep long. But in the last few years, the weevils won’t even eat the cereal with all the junk that’s in it now. He said product label’s from ten years ago had far fewer hard to pronounce ingredients, for the same products, than now. Just like the college professor that told in a TEDx lecture that he had forgotten a half eaten McD cheeseburger in a coat pocket, and put the coat in a closet. He thought it went out of style, so he didn’t wear it for over ten years. Then he decided to get it out and discovered the rock hard cheeseburger in the pocket. It didn’t mold, didn’t rot, just dried out into a rock hard cheeseburger that looked like if he had rehydrated it, it could be finished. Now that’s some freaky strong preservatives. If bacteria and fungi can’t digest it, how can a human?
