This is another reason why I can't imagine life without out UA-cam these days. I have exact same fogger, HAD exact same problem. I now have same results thank you to you, sir! I really appreciate your time in making this video! Cheers!!
Thank you so much for this! I pulled the cover off and there was a big clog in the exact same hose. I cleared the obstruction and she's working great again.
Thanks so much for your video. I have a walmart fogger that stopped working as well. Happy to say that shortly after I watched your video, my fogger is up and running again.
Same fogger, I had a different problem. Supply hose + filter fine, pump fine, pump-to-chamber metal pipe fine. Chamber EXIT nozzle was clogged - the one that lets freshly-boiled smoke out the front of the machine. Could probably have simply cleaned it with a long needle from the outside if I'd known, but didn't realise until after I'd already disassembled way beyond your video. Leaving this comment here in case it helps others - before anything else, try poking a needle in the front of the machine (when COLD + unplugged)
Same with mine. Went through all the steps. In the end 20guage wire from the front exit and it declogged whatever was built up inside... I guess that would be the place to first start, if machine is hot and pump is running but nothing at all is coming out, start with needle or wire from front end.
i had the same fog machine as yours for 4 years works great. used it tonight it was fine for about 1 hour after that it wouldn't heat up anymore and doesn't show the ready green light.
WOW - did you ever save me some pain. I have the same model, and had decided that I had a clogged nozzle. After seeing your video, I turned my unit around, and there was that short tube with the screen in it, fluid on the supply side, and air on the pump side. BINGO - I think - off to TAP plastics tomorrow to get some tubing and we'll see.
***** I did get it working. The problem was not a clogged screen, but a jammed pump. I figured out how to unscrew the center shaft and take the pump apart, added a little silicone grease, and everything worked great guns. I'll see how long that grease lasts.
Hey Lonnie! I appreciate the video. I have the same machine. My issue is that the "ready" light does not light up and just stopped working. I hear some noise and the power light comes on but nothing after that. Im assuming the heating element might be shot?? Therefore will not get up to temp to be "ready" If you have any thoughts please let me know. Thank you!!
Good video! I have Gemmy's. I have to take mine apart. One flat out died. The other hadn't been used in a while. I cleaned it with vinegar and distilled H2O (don't get too close to it). It only outputs a little fog. I'll probably take it apart to salvage it. Otherwise I'm trying a Chauvet 901 with a fog chiller on a timer remote this year.
Do you know why my remote wont work for more than a day? I have returned it to Wal-Mart three times and it keeps happening. I don't get it. Do you? Thanks
My smoke machine won't turn back on. i used it then half hour later went to use it again and nothing, no action no power button light. any ideas wat it might be?
shaun dalton I would have to look at it. You could meter it to see if it 's getting power or find out where the power stops and then trouble shoot forward.

Was you able to fix the issue?
Thanks for the video. My hose was plugged solid. Works like new again just in time for the trick or treaters.
+Steve Broome Your welcome, and I'm glad to hear that you were able to fix it in time for the ghosts and goblins.

All good thanks mate. i bought a multi meter and found a it was a busted on/off switch.

I think it was 1/4 inch. Home Depot has many size tubes that you can match it up too.
