Just practiced PJ’s double feed clearing method with dummies and I love it. Taking it to the range this weekend with live rounds. Thank you Mojo and PJ!
Be careful with that double feed technique of just tilting it. Usually the double feed on a pistol happens from a FTE and the fired case might be more prone to stay in the chamber than an unfired round. Especially if you run spicy ammo. Just my experience. Gonna do all this tomorrow at the farm with my bro! Thanks for the awesome and free content man.
That double feed tip is part of the Colorado POST qualification (from the 15 yd line). It does seem faster than trying to retain the magazine while clearing the gun.
Hi Mojo, That was a great camera angle on the second target. Seeing the rounds hit helps us see were you are actually hitting in real time. I hope you had a great Christmas and holidays. Have a great new year with everything in your life. Take care, Be safe.
I love that you guys went over clearing malfunctions! Great video and i look forward to trying both of these methods out and discovering which one works best for me. Love the Cold Starts
Always great to have different tools to put in the box. I'd say for many conceal carry instances Mojo's way would be the way to go because many don't carry an extra mag but if you are able to have multiple mags I really like the other way! I'm going to try it at the range
6:41 A lot of times bringing in the gun really comes down to whether or not I’m able to move just my eyes before the gun transitions or if I have to move my head.
Saw 2 videos that were 2 yo from Garand Thumb, so glad I've found you man. Just started shooting pistols and I can definitely see you being a good information supplier
I've loved your content since I first heard of you during the Garand Thumb "sure it'll work!" video :D On an un-related note, what are those target stand bases you're using? Looks like some kind of injection molded base that you can just jam cheap 1x2's into....color me interested.
So many cops are pitiful inadequately trained; glad to see you guys taking the initiative to better yourselves. The open question I have of all law enforcement is do you know your duties to the Citizens to uphold their Constitutional Protected Rights? and many are willingly moldable to the whims of tyrannical government, at whatever level?
Dude that double feed method is genius. I've never seen that technique before. Just curious, is Staccato worth the money? You shoot fast with everything but man you're shooting that Staccato fast...
It is worth it. I told myself no way it’s worth it until I got one. Look for deals with local private sales. The quality and extremely short trigger is mind blowing
Goddamn it's dreary over there! I don't think I've ever seen you put out a video that was a sunny day man! 🤣 Excellent content as always! Love when I see a video pop up with your name on it!
Mojo, is there such a thing as too many "tools" in your "tool box"? For instance if you know and practice 2 or 3 different methods for clearing double feeds, is it possible, for that to increase the amount of time it takes for your brain to decide which one is appropriate when you are under stress? I would think that you would be better off to just practice one method, even if it's possibly a fraction of a second slower. Because your muscle memory will fix the problem if you have practiced it enough, but if you divide that practice between two methods your brain has to make a decision to use one or the other. Also, under stress, you run the risk of getting confused, and switching to the other method half way through. At least I would.
Man! I like that clearing method! It applies more to the tactical side rather than a concealed carrier (because a lot of concealed carriers don’t carry extra mags) but nonetheless BADA$$!
I carry 2 spare mags on me, and I have a stash of 2 or 3 mags in my car. I know never gonna need that much, butttttttttt.......... same argument could be and about carrying at all. I have had mags fail so I don't trust just one One is none, two is one.
@@strengthculture4030 my edc belt, we the people, has a spare mag retention system on it. Plus I have a taco carrier for a spare. From experience, one mag, in a real situation just isn't enough, and most those who carry leave their mags loaded, cannot tell you the amount of classes I've been to watching all the FTEs and 97% of those students leave'em loaded. Most don't shoot enough to exercise the springs. Recommend that if your gonna pack, then pack for the eventuality that your equipment is gonna fail. Because it will.
I'm gonna buy the rapid force for glock for cz p10f because this is a superior pistol to a glock and there is no rf holster for p10f because herd mentality ;)
Check out Hwansik Kim’s video named “wide transition” for another take on turreting vs driving! He really likes studying mechanical movement of the body in competitive shooting.
The “good/bad cop” question can be disposed of decisively. We need only consider the following: i. Every cop has agreed, as part of his job, is to enforce laws; all of them. ii. Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, or even cruel and wicked. iii. Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even cruel and wicked. There are no good cops. -Robert Higgs
This is immediately wrong because officer discretion exists in every state in the US. As seen by the Sheriff's 80 counties in Illinois refusing to enforce their Assault Weapons Ban. Good try troll be well.
@@deank5649 And yet you see literally thousands of videos on the internet showing cops willfully and brazenly enforcing immoral laws and committing atrocities utilizing their own moral compass, their own free will, all under “officer discretion”. You have to agree to enforce all laws when you become a cop. It’s literally a requirement in order to get the job, wether you then choose to enforce certain laws after that is indeed “discretionary” but having accepted a pact with the devil initially doesn’t make you a good person. I applaud the decision of all the county Sheriffs in Illinois that said they won’t enforce the immoral ban, but I can guarantee you those same people have enforced other “laws” that are equally egregious and immoral, or worse.
@@VoluntaryPlanet You say all cops I immediately prove that's not true that's all the conversation to be had here. @@deank5649 No that’s actually true, if you want to be a cop you have to agree to be an enforcer of all of the laws on the books. You will not get the job if you go into it saying that you’re not going to enforce certain laws. That’s not how that works.
Probably my favorite guest you’ve had aboard.
PJ seems like good people. Good addition to your crew mojo
the people watching this may be fast, but you're NOT asian fast. keep it up Mojo, love ya brother!!
How fast you think that was? Idk, mojo fast? Exactly!
Asian fast is fast. 😅
Is Mojo EVERYTHING Asian Fast, or SOMETHINGS Asian Fast?
Just practiced PJ’s double feed clearing method with dummies and I love it. Taking it to the range this weekend with live rounds. Thank you Mojo and PJ!
Try using spent casings to set up your malfunctions. You wont be able to just can’t the gun and have it fall out, unlike a true failure to extract.

Man that method for clearing that double blew my mind. Guess I have something I need to experiment with as well. 🤙
PJ a bad ass...great way to clear a malfunction...nice!
seems like a solid addition to the range crew, look forward to seein him around more 👍🏻

Mojo is a monster! One day I hope to be mojo fast! Gotta keep working those fundamentals!
Love it. Excited to try out both ways on the malfunction
Definitely will b practicing that in the house tonight
I love that you guys went over clearing malfunctions! Great video and i look forward to trying both of these methods out and discovering which one works best for me. Love the Cold Starts
I’m always trying to clear my poncho for drills 😅 maybe I will add some weights 🫡
Glad to hear someone picked you up without all the "You'd Better Get Covid Shots Or Else Mess!!" ..... Congrats!
Love the moustache!!!
Awesome video, never thought of that method before.
Lets get an updated duty setup ;)
Bruh, PJs a shooter!!! Good shit guys. Always look forward to Mojo content 💯🇺🇸👊🏼
Holy shit, didn't know you had a UA-cam Channel. Good to see things are going so well, Don 😀

Pj is awesome! You gotta bring him back again 👍👍
Many thanks for the video! Great training, thanks for sharing your experience with us. I learned a lot from this video.
I love watching your videos because it helps me to improve my skills a lot.

Another great video. To quote the great Pat Rogers, learning has occurred!
Now that was good, do more of these drills and have pj back.
Smily face badass mojo👍🏽😎
I’d love to see a video on your duty gear setup!
Great video, can you do an active duty gear video?? I’m currently active LE, and I’m interested to see what you carry on duty as well.
Thanks Mojo and PJ
Ohhhhhhh I’m definitely doing this on my channel! Thanks brother!!! 🫵🏼🔥🤙🏼

AMAZING COMMENT 👏
Great video Mojo. You should try the triarc extended slide release. put one on my staccato and love it.
PJ rips. Like watching 2 Mojos. Lol
You should do a duty gear set up again.

This video was excellent! You're out there solving problems I thought I had fixed.
Hey Mojo. Where did you get your magazine carriers you have on your duty belt?! They look pretty slick. Thanks brother! 🙏🏻
Fapp’in the slide 😂 sorry I had too
Thanks guys
I LOVE YOU PJ

what in-ear hearing protection are you using?

Would me able to make a video on your duty setup? I’m still looking for what works for me
What happened to doing the ANGLICO thing?

PJ is from Denver PD? Denver, Colorado? What years.
2015 through 2022
Anyone know what ear pro Mojo is running?
Should do a quick interview of why he left Denver PD should be good 👍.
Love your content bro! 🤘
That USPSA lean tho
Anyone kno the name of the earbuds MOJO using for the range ?
Hey mojo, I see you haven’t lost yours.

Excelente!!
Groucho marks😂
me waiting for you to leave so i can pick up all that wasted ammo 👀
Number 6
So you finally went away from Glock 17?
For me the idea of a double feed on a single feed mag just doesn't exist.
#1126!
yo
wait, Mojo. you are unfair. I thought you said you carry 2011 pistol? that was automatic man! hahahhahaha
Got some odd vibes, still an awesome lesson tho.
🇺🇸⚔️❤️🔥🤙
Mojo….what are you still doin’ in WA State?? That place is tryin’ to make every gun owner a felon. Move across the border and join Idaho.
