I'm dreading when we eventually get Rewind to the 90s... because yikes we are getting closer and closer when the 1990s is considered ancient now lol. 😬
I might consider this girl. Barbie hasn't inspired me for a while but I can get on board with this.

Yes, I also think she is inspired by Barbie and the Rockers, my favorite back in the 80s (my age played with earlier to mid 80s Barbies like Peaches n Cream, Crystal Barbie, I had two Fashion Play 1983 Barbies...). This one reminds on Dee Dee doll from Barbie n the Rockers, but prettier ❤. Totally gonna get her - not a collector, but ordered The Rockers repro n original 1985 Barbie as its my all time fav which my friend had. This one would be great addition instead of original Dee Dee 😎
I've discovered that I LOVE the steffie facemold, lol. Steffie and superstar are my favorites. In my opinion, the steffie mold looks best with the AA/black and latina Barbies. Unfortunately all those Barbies are so expensive now.
I think I mentioned in this video that the Steffie face mold was not my favorite, but I was completely wrong. I think what I was thinking of the Steffie face mold, I was thinking of a particular doll from the '60s that I just wasn't a fan of. The face. Mold itself is actually quite beautiful, and I keep finding more and more dolls that use it that I really like and would love to have in my collection.
@ChadMarvelous They are so beautiful! And I know what you mean, for some reason there are a few that have kind of odd face screenings so I get being turned off at first, lol. They made unflattering choices with the face paint on certain dolls, which is a damn shame because that mold is so cool.
But gosh, I've been on the hunt for vintage black dolls and other Barbies with deeper skin tones. I wish they made more with the steffie face because it's gorgeous. But finding these dolls for under $100 is HARD. 🤣

Great review, of the 3 I think she’s the cutest but at 40 I still think overpriced....I’m saving for the rainbow high slumber party trio. Is her hair nice quality?
I don't think this line was advertised because no one knew it was coming out, i only found out because i got an email. But when i saw them, it was LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT 💖💖💕💕❤❤!! Don't you just love the 80's Barbies ?!
P.S. - you have to push her " gloves" down towards her hand so that it looks more like a fingerless glove 😉. Also, yes, they did stop the pink, gold and black labeling, but i don't know why this collection was labeled .
The keytar is supposed to have the Barbie Logo on the top.

I have not been to a Comic-Con before, but I've been to a small anime convention with my friends in my hometown once many years ago.
I don't watch much anime, so I'm not familiar with many characters, but I really enjoy watching Pokemon. Oh, I also like the show Host Club.
