we call this adhirasam in tamil.....my grandma used to make this same way but leave the dough in an earthern pot tied with a cloth on top on a shelf and even under bed for a week or more.....and my cousins and of course me used to steal n eat that raw digging our fingers in the pot...yummmyyyyyyyyyyy...loll......and of course she will find out soon and we got to run or our lives with her running around with a cane......lol......this video transported me to my childhood days...thanks paatimma ....love u

Ingredients as I See it. Rice - soaked-then ground to a rough. ghee and water and Gaggery. Cardomom/Elachi, Sesame seeds, finally fried in ground-nut or sesame oil. (my grandma would use just a small pinch of salt with the water)
