the second time I watched this video, when I saw them on that gurney with that ventilator mask on it all clicked, I figured it was about self harm but as someone who has been hospitalized because of previous suicide attempts, this video spoke to me in a language I’ve spoken since my childhood 🥺

I love this sooooo much. I found this song at the perfect time, I was having a bad day and then I came here. It's wonderful storytelling how he starts off in the ambulance (to symbolize how he let his problems disable him) then movies to the dancer twerking on the ambulance (to accept the absurdity of the problems of this life and to not allow it to steal your joy) and ending the music video riding the ambulance (symbolizing self mastery and not allowing the problems of this world to disable him anymore). I love everything this man puts out, and I can't wait for what comes next. Hopefully when COVID-19 is under control he can have a concert in Philly.
