Usually, the videos are rich with “man-spraining”. This looper video is simple. I love it. Thank you.

You've given ostensibly the best reasons for buying a looper I've ever seen, Rachel. Well done.

LOL! Thanks Tobias, they really are such a great little tool / toy!

Thanks Rachel, I also found it is possible to get a percussive layer by scratching muted strings or tapping the body of an acoustic Uke.
It’s nice then to add chords and then play on top.

I missed a trick there didn't I David. Yes, I often do a percussive layer for a beat but just didn't think. Great advice for al, Thanks.

I feel a looper is the best tool with which to learn the fretboard of stringed instruments. I have several and am always on the lookout for another with even more features. Once you get comfortable with the rhythm, you can have hours of fun that’s also incredibly productive (as it pertains to learning the fretboard, as well as how to play with an accompaniment-even if it’s just yourself).
I love looping with my Helix, as I have it setup with multiple instruments going through different chains.
    Thanks for the video.

Totally agree, yes fun but an excellent learning / practice tool. I do have a big old Boss RC50 but it was playing up the last time I tried it. I do fancy trying one of the newer digital loopers, haven't tried a Helix but love the vids on it. Also looked at the Bommerang too. One day.....................

@@UkuleleWales I've got a Boss RC30 that I really love too. Works beautifully with two tracks to play with. I never use any of the effects, but it's nice some are included for those so inclined.
Haven't heard of the Boomerang. I'll have to look into it.
(And yes, the Helix is amazing... I really lucked into an insane deal buying one used, yet still in mint shape.)

Thanks so much for this video. Very well explained. I’ll be ordering a Ditto looper soon. I’ve never used one, but because of this detailed video in plain talk I can’t wait to get mine. Thanks again. Stay safe and well.

Why do you think you can only use 1 amp while creating a loop series?

ps why aren't you using affiliate links from amazon?

Nice suggestion, Thanks. I am actually in the process of setting up affiliate links with Reverb but I may look at Amazon too.

Thanks, it's a lovely looking Lanikai, nice to play too, just a bit quiet acoustically.
