Batching plant | Concrete mixing plant India

Atlas is India based manufacturer of batching plant. Concrete mixing plants are available in capacities 30 m3/hr. to 200 m3/hr.
This concrete mixer is installed in Davangere, Karnataka, India. It features four bins for storage of aggregates and sand. There is a weighing conveyor below the bins for weighing the aggregates. It weighs and transfers the aggregates to the charging conveyor. This charging conveyor transfers the aggregates to the mixing unit.
Just above the mixing unit there are separate weigh hoppers for cement, water and additive. These hoppers store and weigh each material separately before they are discharged into the mixing unit for homogeneous mixing.
The mixing unit of concrete plant equipped here is twin shaft type and is manufactured by Sicoma. Its capacity is 0.75 m3 with wet concrete. Concrete discharge height is 4 meters.
Control panel supplied is inside a cabin which is strategically located. Control panel is PLC type panel which can run on auto and manual modes. Control panel also has a modern touch screen display.
