The way Yoshi chose Lisa to show his rap skill eventho' she isn't the main rapper, it shows how he acknowledge Lisa as the best rapper, and love him how he respected Lisa. I love him even more, what a sweet boy. The line "Pedal to the Metal" was also lisa's iconic line, coming from the song see u later. Yoshi also said that the bridge where he was driving was the same area where lisa was riding a motorbike on LALISA MV.
Boy was my intro to the guys and will always be special to me… however this is a more mature concept mv and I love their growth. I love how YG is still mindful of the babies (under 18) and not getting too sexy with the concept. This song is great and will definitely get them even more attention & wins. The chorus is WILD. I know it's been a year but I feel like they have matured 3 years in between these latest comebacks. just the confidence in execution, the vocals, the visuals this is a whole new group! 3. I was genuinely distraught at how short this song feels. maybe I'm tired but when we were getting to the final party chorus I was like I have to be getting trolled this song cannot be over. The runtime feels like 90 seconds not 3 minutes. I guess that's a sign of me loving it and wanting it to be longer 😁
