I think the boba shops pour in the sparkling water once the tea syrup and boba are in the cup. That's how I’ve seen them do it for sparkling teas! I have a Soda Stream too, it will not work good with anything but water. I even tried regassing flat Sprite, nope! I literally made a noise at the lost drink and bobas :( I may have to buy a DIY kit online to curb my boba fix!

I make bubbly iced tea using the soda stream. The trick is to let it sit for a while after you pump it, before unscrewing the bottle. The bubbles settle and it won’t all spurt out. That all sounds very sexual but trust me on this 😋😂
