The most important thing , you have not mentioned whether this machine, & all it's accessories bear the ISI approved seal on them. Has any governmental agencies certified that this product & all its accessories are safe for domestic use. You have to first exhibit that more than anything else. What is the guarantee that you are not using those highly unsafe Chinese electrical parts as accessories in this machine??? You have not mentioned the address at all. Next this cannot be used in a home kitchen, cafeterias, canteens, modernised choultry kitchens or any type of pantry type set ups. at all. This can be operational In an open area or a semi open area. Third there will of course be a lot of soot round the vessel, which can be messy for washing. And of course with the ash flying around. Fourth, water, time, labour & washing materials consumption for washing these vessels will be more than normal. Fifth, with such heat generated the life of the electrical parts will be very less. Where are the insulations for the electrical chamber ??? Sixth, you have not mentioned as to how many hours can this machine be used at a stretch. Obviously you can't run it continuously for 24 hours. Should we give a time break between each usage. Seven, you have not mentioned anything specific about the after-sales-service that is provided. Eight, to say this is totally a firewood stove is false, because without electricity ( AC or DC ) or any of those mentioned electrical accessories this won't work at all. Ninth, with normal firewood stoves, you don't need all this mess and electricity at all. Tenth with firewood depots almost extinct in cities & towns, sourcing firewood will be a problem. Not to forget storing firewood will need extra space. To sum it up, this venture needs to do a lot of homework, fine tuning & get more practical to be more user friendly at the least. As of now it is not at all worth getting involved with this messy machine. You use firewood & electricity both together, without either this won't work. With just firewood you can cook anywhere. But from red flames vessel bottom will become black( masi). It needs blue flame. Even in gas stove if there is red flame vessel bottom will become black. If a vefio is shown by keeping vessel eg. By boiling milk like that it would have been confirmed
