Nice, Belgian ambulances have different horns. That would be impossible in the overregulated Netherlands where the ambulances, since a couple of years, must produce the same sound as police cars.
@@greymoonz1 Why would you need to differentiate between them in the first place? Whether it's a police car, an ambulance or a fire truck, if you hear sirens you move to fuck over. No need to find out what it is first, you'll know it when it passes you.
@@Nox_Eternis It's beneficial as police cars may be alerting a danger, rather than simply just wishing to proceed through traffic. Not many countries make a specific distinction though, but making them all sound the same is a step too far.
2:40 isn't this also a two tone? Besides, there 0 evidence that this wail or welp siren is more effective than a two tone. Two / tree tones is better for sound resonance in big cities.
They were doing an opposite traffic slip through, prob couldn't take a left or had a route planned. Looks like the straight lead to the hospital and I assume that left turn does not have a connecting route.

Usually that means the patient is already in the ambulance and paramedics are standing up in the back tending to the patient. Or maybe the patient is in a lot of pain, so they prevent the worst bumps in the road by driving more slowly. Also, keep in mind that he's driving in a busy city. You've got to be prepared to brake when someone makes a mistake and walks/cycles/drives in front of you.

I find this so weird, how can you differenciate them without visual then :O

Yeah... and they still don't have the same sound🤣 you can clearly hear difference
Even in the Land of Regulation (Germany) we have 3 different Horns.

Wow look at all those people making so much effort to get out of the way!!!!!!

Super ......différentes tonalités sur les véhicules d'urgences en Belgique pas comme en France la tristesse du deux tons ...😏😏👍

Had to be a BMW driver blocking the way at 1:58. Even the pigeons at 2:58 had more brains and got out of the way.
Anyone know this siren?
That intersection at 4:20 was so frustrating to watch. WTF are these people doing
He was a bit shy near. The end. He gad right of way. ..
Why do you use siren all time? Is ir obligatory? In spain we just use them only when we need. Just only firemen use all time
So people can hear there’s an emergency vehicle around and they should wake up?
4:40
Those two made you plenty of space for you to take a left.
