The late Ron Leibman as defense attorney Paul Kopell on Law & Order, he was a very good actor and he did excellent work in everything he is in and Dr Leonard Green the overbearing father of Rachel Green played by Jennifer Aniston in FRIENDS, he was born in October 11, 1937 and died on December 6, 2019 at the age of 82 years old, he is missed and he is the best.
McCoy said to Kincaid early in the show its a game and both guys are trying to win. She brought that up at the end and he didn't find it so amusing to have his words thrown back in his face after he had to convict his friend.

Just trotted down to the comment section to say so myself. The writers on this show were quite clever.
I know it sounds silly but at that moment there should have been either a womp womp sound or a rimshot....

She also tells Jack that they don't allow bees in here (the courtroom)
Didn't he also give a guy who killed four people only five years in prison? Or am I thinking of a different episode.
The fact that she was his real life wife was a nice bit of casting.
Except Dosseau got off scot-free.
The sarcasm of the arraignment judges never gets old. They've got no reservations about contempt for repeat guests....
