Maybe revisit your own written instructions for Rows 5 and 7? Row 5 shows in bottom left corner "Sc, Inc, [(12Sc,Inc)2x]". Assuming you even gave the correct number of stitches for the previous round (27) this would make 29 the final count for Row 5. Ah, but you change the directions in writing for the very same row, and say, "13Sc, Inc., 15Sc, Inc." (which would be impossible, since you only had 27 stitches to begin with, *and* if it were magically possible, it would make 30 the final count. You do the very same thing with Row 7. Give two entirely different sets of instructions, and different counts for the same row. Intolerable. I won't even bother going any further with your video. Terrible contradictions and miscalculations make it impossible to follow.
In row five only two chains have to be increased. In twelve chains twelve single crochet have to be done. In thirteen chain one single crochet has to be increased. In fourteen chains one single crochet has to be done. In fifteen chains one chain increase. Then in twelve chains twleve single crochet have to be done. Total will be twenty nine chains.
