Man that sucks, hope you still had a great time. One of those platitudes that some bodybuilder make *cough*Fouad*cough* that you have to be there live to see how people look, and at this Mr.O, even the live audience were shafted in that regard.

40:27 If we go back and look at the prejudging of 2007 Mr. O they had the guys on a 2-3ft riser on the stage with screens on the riser and a black curtain behind the competitors AND then sponsor screens at the top of the stage. I was IMPOSSIBLE to not see the sponsors(so check the taking care of sponsors box) AND there was the PERFECT back drop for the athletes(so check the taking care of the viewers and athletes) EVERYONE WINS. Now of course we can put a modern day upgrade on this approach but it takes care of all involved!
🎉 well guys, been looking fwd to this one! Can I just say Regan! What a warrior to go through the food sensitivities is no joke- after cancer mine got worse. He made major improvements and championed his way through the difficulties & his partner is amazing!
@@gustavomontalvao6927 yes he is / 👏 should have added him competing is a win - with those circumstances & in those conditions I just pray they all continue to get better & keep triumphing through the difficulties
53:17 We can solve this using the same suggestion I made below from the 2007 Mr. O prejudging, put them on a 2-3 ft riser. You CANNOT inch forward when there is a step Infront of you, even if you did it would make you look smaller stepping down. A "cliff" of sorts would prevent this instantly.
Bro, just think that they put everything into bodybuilding for a year, they train hard, they diet hard so that they can bring their best on stage, if the winner is not the best, then what is the value..
I cant see why he won, yes he had the best back on the stage but just back is not enough, especially not with all the other flaws like the melting chest and lumpy lats
Thanks Jay, Milos is always fire great insight from both of you and yes the lighting suck especially on the pay for view thought they were at a disco the Olympia needs to consider the athletes first and then work from there !!! SR.
Awesome insights from Jay and Milos, and gotta thank Milos for pointing out that Hadi's reaction wasn't out of disrespect. He probably couldn't even understand what Bob told him while he was leaving because he's hearing impaired and doesn't speak English. Congrats to Derek as well for bringing a hell of a package this year. Next year competition will be legendary.
Good chat. You can also use the aarow keys on your keyboard to move forward or back 10 seconds instead of clicking the bar and going back a whole minute
These guy's are all amazing!!!!! I would not have wanted to be a judge!!! They all were with in a few point's of each other!!! Real fan's understand how hard it is to separate your self from the other competition!!! They all put their Heart and Soul into the sport!!!! Much Respect to all the competitors!!!!!
Once again, an awesome episode! I was surprised when they were talking about Cbum that they didn't mention how dominant he won WITH a lat tear 10 weeks out! Crazy!
No hate but Hadi deserved to win. Derek wasn't there yet. The organizers just wanted a better ambassador for the sport, american (check) christian (check). Politics
Is anyone gonna speak on the new champion injecting synthol in his lats, the two red balloons that are infected whe. He did the double biceps, and his arms too, he can't even get a bicep flex, when he does most muscular it looks like two water balloons 😅
They’re clearly just injection sites, that’s why anyone with any credibility in the industry isn’t saying this. These guys need to put their gear somewhere, if you critically analyze most of them they have the same issues in glutes, delts, quads, etc.
What is Milos looking at??? Samson is not close to Derek or Hadi in side poses, especially side triceps. I mean I know he is biased coach but geez man. 🤣
Look at Ramy when he lost the O and dropped to 5th; how did he handle such a devastating loss? One thing he didn’t do was storm off stage like a poor sportsman. Everyone is a great winner, but a loss shows who you are
J,n Milos. That's awesome to hear there analysis. Jay goes "WHAT ARE YA TALKING BOUT". IT'S OUR MASS ACCENT.AND ANOTHER ONE HE GOES NO ONE LANDED IT. SEE HOW WELL INTUNE HE IS. HE KNOWS THE PROCESS AS HE TELLS Milos, THANKS J. #CutlerNation #MattyFromMass Confused about this Mr.Olympia. not gonna lie. The new Guys gotta get that mapped out lol.
Glad you support Milos! Giving him some quality food!! I did hold Samson or Hadi the winner, and Derek number 3. but Derek is still the winner, and i know the judges saw more and know more then me.
You can't blame the judges. It was a very close battle between Derek and Hadi. I'm glad Derek won. He also won people's champ which should explain a lot as well.
@@r0ss547 Hadi has triangles in his delts? What does it matter? Even Ramy had issues in his quads and glutes in the past? Gotta put the oil somewhere right
Last year Derek said on one of his videos that he was very frustrated with Hadi continuously taking steps forward, so this year he came in committed to match him, that's why when Andrew asked Derek to get back he just stared down the line at Hadi.
Hadi can’t promote the sandow yearly. Ifbb knows that. They chose who’s more beneficial for sport. Feels odd though because it was close but I think the judges were “persuaded” to go a certain route
If Hadi dominated i believe he would still of won. They can't do a clear robbery it would destroy there reputation. But if it's close it would probably influence the judges. With the walk off he will likely be punished worse next year with close calls
One thing I will add about Derek and Hadi stepping the line. Derek was complaining last Olympia that Hadi kept stepping the line. So I’m sure he said something to Hany(his coach). So I’m guessing Hany told both these guys hey, if he does it, you do it as well. Don’t let him get in front of you. So I’m gonna guess it’s coming from Hany. I just think it’s a coincidence that both of these guys have the same coach and they’re both the ones that are doing it. They know how big they are. They know they are number one and number two.
Hadi and Shaun both got robbed!!! I don’t get it. Very weird year this year in bodybuilding. I’m from the 90’s of bodybuilding and it’s just not the same anymore.
See this is why guys don't come in peeled, Krizo came in shredded and everyone says he wasn't full enough. If next year he comes in full, everyone will cry how guys today just focus on size and it should be more about being peeled lol. We need to make up our minds ASAP
This Olympia was meh. Lots of top guys pulled out or retired so bottom of the top 10 was a fake top 10 imo and all the placings were so obvious. Everybody knew they wanted to give Derek a win before the show even started
I am so happy Derek won 🥇 this year! And some people say it was close, but he actually won by 5 points or whatever it was. So slaaaam dunk! And, he’s a much much better champion for the sport. IMO. I don’t get all the hate etc. I actually think if Nick was participating, the results would have been different. Probably Derek, Nick and Hadi, or Nick, Derek and Hadi. And all these so-called experts, have it wrong EVERY single time. Or most of them. I am so happy for Derek, absolutely well-deserved. You are the champ. And I believe you could keep your 1st place for a very long time. Cheers from Norway 🇳🇴
@@tonydmty1234567Yes, and with how many people out of this year’s Olympia that would have placed above him? He has all the potential in the world, and time will tell where he goes, but he absolutely does not make Top 10 if Nick, Ramy, Rafael, Nathan, James, or Behrooz were there.

@37:02 minutes, what did you cut out? I think it was something to do with Regan and Milos said he was going to do the Arnold but he hasn’t announced it yet so you had to cut it out
It's ridiculous to ask how important is the ab shot. Body building has gone downhill since the golden era
It’s definitely gotten way better over the past few years

Your eyes just went to Hadi he had that polish, hard dence muscle. This is what upsets folks, politics.Fans want these judges to be impartial and the best package should win, that what the sport needs!
Great job Cutler Cast. Been lookin forward to this.
The fact they had Keon win over Shawn clearly set the stage for Samson to win and then they didn’t follow through - crazy
I thought this year they would fix the lighting, but somehow it got worse. I sat in some of the front few rows. The fog was so thick on saturday it blew off the stage into our seats. I could see half of everyone
Whoa .. you were there 💪.
Man that sucks, hope you still had a great time. One of those platitudes that some bodybuilder make *cough*Fouad*cough* that you have to be there live to see how people look, and at this Mr.O, even the live audience were shafted in that regard.
Lmao I love when they turn around to the back double bicep jay cutler just says it for what it is 😂😂
My fav BB is Andrew but this MR O i was left wanting more from him. More conditioned better posing and better attitude on stage. Like he was at the Texas Pro 23.
Thank you for your insights, expertise and humor. Best podcast in the whole BB-World in my opinion.

Amazing show! Great analysis.
Anyone remember the controversy of the 2007 Mr. Olympia?? I think since that one this is the most controversial since then.
Yup, Everyone except for the judges had Victor Martinez beating Jay Cutler.
1:06:43 They should put a small barrier infront of the line, so its obvious when the competitors step forward.
Next year the top three is going to be with Derek Samson and Nick
That is good bet, however I would put Samson 1 and Derek 2.
";-)
@@tonydmty1234567It's quite possible 👍
40:27 If we go back and look at the prejudging of 2007 Mr. O they had the guys on a 2-3ft riser on the stage with screens on the riser and a black curtain behind the competitors AND then sponsor screens at the top of the stage. I was IMPOSSIBLE to not see the sponsors(so check the taking care of sponsors box) AND there was the PERFECT back drop for the athletes(so check the taking care of the viewers and athletes) EVERYONE WINS. Now of course we can put a modern day upgrade on this approach but it takes care of all involved!
These episodes save me at my job. The day just flies by 🔥
Milos ended Jay blowing Hunter “maybe Hunter could win if he was up there alone” was hilarious at the 32:48 mark.
That's why we love Milos
Hunter the most pathetic bb’er of this era
Jay cutlers awesome dude I love how he likes who he likes an he likes Nick walker an he’s gonna vouch for him that’s just cool as hell dope person
🎉 well guys, been looking fwd to this one! Can I just say Regan! What a warrior to go through the food sensitivities is no joke- after cancer mine got worse. He made major improvements and championed his way through the difficulties & his partner is amazing!
Brandon is a warrior.
I never did see the end of the podcast about his food allergies... how bad is it???
@@gustavomontalvao6927 yes he is / 👏 should have added him competing is a win - with those circumstances & in those conditions I just pray they all continue to get better & keep triumphing through the difficulties
@JkK-pu9nt 🤦🏼♀️
Either that, or a simple plank of wood where you have to stand behind it. Sick and tired of seeing people try to cheat and inch forward
Finally, I couldn’t wait for this podcast! I’ve been going nuts thinking what you guys are going to say.
Glad to see experts breaking this down. 😂 Milos to Matt “ you’re reaching”
I had Hadi winning but also can understand why Derek won…
Bro, just think that they put everything into bodybuilding for a year, they train hard, they diet hard so that they can bring their best on stage, if the winner is not the best, then what is the value..
I cant see why he won, yes he had the best back on the stage but just back is not enough, especially not with all the other flaws like the melting chest and lumpy lats
100% agree with Matt here on the timing and doing pre-judging at the expo.. that would be awesome!
Get Derek to the podcast 💪
Thanks Jay, Milos is always fire great insight from both of you and yes the lighting suck especially on the pay for view thought they were at a disco the Olympia needs to consider the athletes first and then work from there !!! SR.
Derek, Cbum, Keone and Ryan ❤, congrats you all
Awesome insights from Jay and Milos, and gotta thank Milos for pointing out that Hadi's reaction wasn't out of disrespect. He probably couldn't even understand what Bob told him while he was leaving because he's hearing impaired and doesn't speak English. Congrats to Derek as well for bringing a hell of a package this year. Next year competition will be legendary.
Andrew should have been at least 4th. Samson and Andrew for top 2 next year.
Nah not really, Andrew had no conditioning
The most anticipated Podcast!!!
Manager Matt has the best summary/analysis at 1:30:04 !!
100%
Samson was the best bodybuilder on stage imo
Of course he was - hashtag #bodybuilding
What happened to having to “knock out” the champ?
Good chat. You can also use the aarow keys on your keyboard to move forward or back 10 seconds instead of clicking the bar and going back a whole minute
"That's a cardio" LOL I love Milos' cute little jokes
Bro, I laughed so hard😂😂
These guy's are all amazing!!!!! I would not have wanted to be a judge!!! They all were with in a few point's of each other!!! I’m dissapointed in BB these days …
And why injecting Syntol in your strongest Bodypart???
@@hitthefootballandthetarget1524good point , IDK he should be ranked down for it …

In person, I had Dino winning
Its injustice....you know
Glad you had Milos on for this one!
Milos has become an asset for this show.

No hate but Hadi deserved to win. Derek wasn't there yet.
The organizers just wanted a better ambassador for the sport, american (check) christian (check).
Politics
It has nothing to do with him being a Christian. The people who control the USA hate Christians. As it turns out... they're also at war with Iran.
Jay is infatuated with Derek's side leg, while at the same time overlooking how soft he is in his upper body haha
Agreed 100%
The 2nd best podcast in the game 🙏🤩
What is Milos looking at??? Samson is not close to Derek or Hadi in side poses, especially side triceps. I mean I know he is biased coach but geez man. 🤣
He has a hard time admitting he's wrong.
Definitely one of the more exciting Olympias as of late

Confused about this Mr.Olympia. not gonna lie. The new Guys gotta get that mapped out lol.
If Hadi was not from iran and a better ambassador to the sport, he would have won hands down
😂
But it should be a muscle show, and not a synthol, podcast and who talks better show ???
Glad you support Milos! Giving him some quality food!! I did hold Samson or Hadi the winner, and Derek number 3. but Derek is still the winner, and i know the judges saw more and know more then me.
You can't blame the judges. It was a very close battle between Derek and Hadi. I'm glad Derek won. He also won people's champ which should explain a lot as well.
Golf balls inside the lats aswell
@@r0ss547 Hadi has triangles in his delts? What does it matter? Even Ramy had issues in his quads and glutes in the past? Gotta put the oil somewhere right
Hadi's a foreigner. That explains it all. All politics. Disgusting!
Last year Derek said on one of his videos that he was very frustrated with Hadi continuously taking steps forward, so this year he came in committed to match him, that's why when Andrew asked Derek to get back he just stared down the line at Hadi.
54:25 Agree, Derrek front legs are not Mr Olympia legs.
Derek had better glutes and killer poses and back views. That was the main edge I saw. Great Olympia this year in all divisions 💪

No
@@bartekszymczyk7554no he does not lmao. Hadi doesn’t have that waist or the back that matches. Hadi looks great but the aesthetics are Derek.
It's more likely 4 judges had Samson in 3rd with 1 of them having him in 1st
JAY...... "DID I LOSE"? LOL.
Thank you. When the Olympia 2024 go on sale VIP?
Hadi can’t promote the sandow yearly. Ifbb knows that. They chose who’s more beneficial for sport. Feels odd though because it was close but I think the judges were “persuaded” to go a certain route
Absolutely true statement.
Why don't they just nail in a bunch of 2x4's so these guys don't step over 😂
Hadi and Shaun both got robbed!!! I don’t get it. Very weird year this year in bodybuilding. I’m from the 90’s of bodybuilding and it’s just not the same anymore.
I agree with you!
The Friday night lighting/music/screen was OBNOXIOUS!!!
I Am disappointed with IFBB new direction. I think that, they send a bad messege to the bodybuliding world: only bussines, and politics means
Oh, fury won by 3 points against francis, do you mean, judges are allways right?

@@tonydmty1234567Yes, and with how many people out of this year’s Olympia that would have placed above him? He has all the potential in the world, and time will tell where he goes, but he absolutely does not make Top 10 if Nick, Ramy, Rafael, Nathan, James, or Behrooz were there.
