They meant to design it so you hit a lot of people that are grouped up (you can also see that with his achievement for the cute spray). I'll explain it to you, it's pretty fucking insane: Timezones. It basically means some people are in the fucking future. It's kinda insane, I know it might take some fucking time for it to settle in

Nope, the brig shield bashed. My bet is that the animation of the brig shield was in the middle of playing when the shot was fired, but the shield was up, so the animation of the blood played bc it was in the middle of the animation. Either that or the blood was from the slam or uppercut. Thanks for coming to my ted talk

It’s either meant for getting picks/ combos or just diving into the enemy team and using it to regroup
