Venti has better understanding with people. He is literally a social butterfly and he is willing to help to those who are in need. He also understands how to live like a human such as performing songs and poems for money and then spend them on wine in the tavern later. Zhongli is still trying to learn how to live and act like a mortal because he spend 6,000 years as an adeptus god. Now he is just an ordinary consultant doing ordinary human activities. As for Raiden Ei, she is trying to achieve the eternity she yearned for her people but her actions caused them to suffer. Making the Fatui's action plan easy to manipulate the Inazuman system such as triggering the civil war between Inazuma and Watatsumi. Nahida in the other hand, is willing to learn about other's wisdom. She may be the youngest archon but she is fulfilling her duty as the Dendro Archon.
I'd say Ei is slightly less socially adept then Zhongli, mostly because she isolated herself for the past few hundred years while Zhongli would have still been incognito among the people to some degree even when he was still much more active in his Archon capacities.

They'd had to have convinced their people that their power comes from the vision which is... a weird thing for an archon to do. It does nothing useful and just makes an archon seem a little less godly. Neuvi's probably fine being mysterious. Technically even Diluc's alternate skin doesn't have a visible vision so it may not be obvious that Neuvi doesn't have one. He's not pretending to be a human because he doesn't want to. Venti and Zhongli want to. He might understand their reasons (though I'm not really familiar with Neuvi since I'm not even at Inazuma yet).
This line was either meant to show Neuvillette’s ignorance about how the rest of the world works and how archons actually behave compared to Furina, or the writer is new and is ignorant of the rest of the games story…
