Es VVT las siglas correctas en la descripción, está equivocado las siglas cvt, hacen referencia a la transmisión, continuamente variable que desarrollaron las marcas japonesas y la transmisión es de 9 velocidades, la potencia es superior. Importante verificar los datos de la ficha tecnica, Saludos desde Mexico
Ésta versión es la híbrida y generalmente los híbridos traen transmisiones CVT, por el sonido del motor cuando acelera a fondo ya se nota. Las versiones no híbridas si traen la de 9 velocidades.

Nice minivan but at that price as tested, if I had that kind of money and wanted a minivan I would get the Sienna Platinum Hybrid AWD.
I agree, the sienna looks way more different than the other minivans. Plus it’s reliable so why not.
If not for reliability and no AWD, take Pacifica.
Sienna is rated number 5 in the market now. This rated number 2 right behind the Honda Odyssey. But in terms of Hybrid minivan this is ranked first.
Totally different vehicles. I’ve owned both and Sienna is a pure hybrid, no plugin available and it runs mostly on gas as the hybrid battery is too small to provide true EV driving only. Plus, Sienna is a dog. The Chrysler has some balls ( as seen here where it easily spins front tyres). Plus, the Chrysler being a Plug In hybrid, you get 35 miles of pure electric driving where gas engine never turns on , even with climate on. You can’t plug in a Sienna and EV range is a joke. My Pinnacle Pacifica with a full battery has a range of 550 miles with a full tank of gas too. Chrysler for the win there.
The attention to detail in this Pinnacle model is spectactular, one of the closest things you’ll get to a luxury minivan. Kind of disappointing that this is the only car holding up the Chrysler brand.
