That are very good bests practices leveraged by Star-up but extremely difficult for established companies to implement, because of the resistance to change , the established most of all the politics developped over time. People own strategic positions for long time, have big pay checks but lack the knowhow of the new world are not the right leader for such mindset. The situation lead to the situation where the leaders from old school fear to lost their priviledge. Whenn you bring this kind of mind set to move the compagny to the new level, they only look at them selft and start to block and resist by bringing arguments such as, it have always been like that, that is stable, never change running system, bla bla ...
