✍️ *TRB BT/BRTE Recruitment Process::Court Case :: Stay Order:: An Analysis*✍️
*Possible Changes That May Happen* ::
1. *13 Questions with Marks Given to All:* These may be removed from the evaluation. *If this occurs, qualified candidates will increase but the merit list will remain unchanged.*
2. *11 Questions with Three Correct Answers:* If the court directs the removal of these 11 questions from the evaluation, candidates who selected any of these three correct options may see their marks reduced by up to 11 points. *This change would automatically alter the Qualified List as well as merit list.*
3. *Change in Minimum Qualifying Marks:* If questions are removed from the evaluation, the minimum qualifying marks will also be adjusted with respect to the minimum required percentage to qualify.
4. *Publication of Revised Results and CV List:* Revised results and a revised CV list will be published if and only if required or directed by the court.
5. *Court's Interim Stay Order:* The court has issued an interim stay order for two weeks and has directed the TRB to respond to the notice issued by the court.
6. *TRB's Potential Arguments:*
- *Errors are Inevitable:* The TRB may argue that errors can happen anywhere and at any time and are unavoidable. They might suggest solutions such as the removal of problematic questions from the evaluation.
- *Petitioner's Impact on Consideration Zone:* The TRB may argue that even if the court orders as the petitioners have requested, the petitioners would not reach the zone of consideration. Therefore, the TRB may seek the dismissal of the petition at no cost.
