Whoa, such contagious energy. How can one not get into the groove of it all. Fantastic mix of not only Stevie & Jeff but also the band!! I'm used to Stevies performances. He's from Detroit, so he was playing in every venue there was and always with the same enthusiasm & energy as he did here with the iconic Jeff Beck (R.I.P) Extremely enjoyable reaction and your take on the artists!! 💜🎵 really like the choice of song! 👍

Oh Zana, there you have found an amazing and powerful rendition of this great song. I love it 😍. The combination of instruments, the rocking guitar sound by Jeff Beck, the big band feeling with these saxophones and trumpets and last but not least Stevie Wonder on the piano with his unmistakable voice and singing 🎤🎶.
And an interesting approach to putting yourself in the position of a blind person to understand the situation, HAP. I think Stevie paints the picture with music and when you hear his singing it seems very colorful in his head 🎨🎶.
RIP Jeff Beck 🙏 who passed away on January 10th of this year. Even Sir Brian May spoke highly of him and according to him Jeff Beck was "the Guv'nor".
Thanks for your interesting thoughts on this song HAP 🥰🙋🏻‍♀️.

Hello HAP3SPEAKZ-you always put a smile on my face! Jeff Beck is one of the best guitarists to ever have existed. Unfortunately, Jeff just passed away recently. He was a legend of the guitar-I highly recommend you check out more of his stuff. This combination of talent was epic. Superstition has always been one of my favorite Stevie tunes (although there are so many) so this was a wonderful treat.

I love Jeff Beck's smirk at 3:25, right after his guitar solo 🙂 Unfortunately, he passed away in January 🙏
This song just makes you move, that infectious rhythm gets me every time after very first seconds (now, hopefully, you may listen the studio version too 😉)
Interesting questions you asked there and idea to try to put yourself in the shues of a person who lacks sight but feels and sees music (how that must look like - we probably can't understand).
I believe music brings colours to his darkness, you can see and feel just how happy Stevie Wonder is when performing!

His performance of Superstition on Sesame Street in the early 70s was epic! Seriously. It was like watching him and his band live on something like Saturday Night Live or Midnight Special - only little kids were getting down to the music in the background. You definitely should check that one out.

Great reaction! Learned something new, didn't know he wrote that for Jeff Beck. Loved your thoughts on the perspective of the music through blind eyes x

Jeff Beck played in a few bands but I think? he mostly just played. I don't know a lot about him but I know the name. He's usually on top lists of guitarists though.
He was touring with Johnny Depp when he died. Jeff and his wife gave Johnny a home for a time after his post-divorce trial. He died in January at age 78 suddenly of bacterial meningitis in East Sussex. Eight Grammy awards. (16 nominations) Seems he played with all the greats at one time or another.
Great duo I would not have thought together. And that Stevie wrote this song for Beck? Mind blown!

That was a lot of fun to listen to! Stevie is still on the go but sadly, it was Jeff who passed recently. Thanks for this, Hap! 💕

Jeff Beck is/was THE Greatest electric guitarist of all time in most all regards. Check out his Live At Ronnie Scott’s live concert performance on UA-cam. ✅
