well, because morgan starred in ftwd already, they couldn't have him in season nine/ten after the time jump. especially after ftwd's cliffhanger. if he was alive during the fifteen year time jump, and alicia/the crew aren't with him, then ftwd is completely spoiled. we'll know who lives and who dies, and we'll know morgan's fate.

I normally search either for a certain song/soundtrack for a certain character or I just stumble across something I find very fitting for something. Then I listen to it a couple times and try to picture what comes to mind, which scenes at the certain times in the music. In this case I used a couple soundtracks instead of just one and I edited them together. Sometimes I make a list of all the scenes I want to put in with certain monologue or dialogue and write it all down and timestamp it, but mostly I don't. To get the video materials I screenrecord pieces of the episodes I find worthy to put in. Then I cut and edit in Sony Vegas Pro 14. In this case the video was very dry, just scene after scene, not much of crazy effects, but if I feel like it I do that last. I have a stationary computer, cost me 1000 euros + 150 euros for the screen. To edit and render stuff like this you will need a strong computer. I would definitely recommend a desktop over a laptop, but there are also a lot of good laptops out there, but you need to know what specs you are searching for.
