Hi Mandy really great video great job on sorting your van out and really glad your van passed really looking forward to seeing your next video keep safe 😊👍🏻
Sending you a massive hug Mandy, I had exactly the same last year, but all was well when the test results came back, it's the waiting for results that gets in your head, stay positive and busy 🙂 wasn't allowed my smear till 3 months after all the test, as it may mess up the results, booked in now thou 😊 Keep spreading the word, and let's look after each other xx Ps, glad the van passed 👍🏻
Lots of positive vibes Mandy. I know how you feel as I had a big scare many years ago it's horrible waiting for test results but it's so important to have a smear test and it should be easily available for every woman. Thinking of you ❤️
Hey Mandy. When I was about 45/46 my womb went on 'the blink' as I used to refer to it. I bled for about 8 weeks continuously which was not great as I was teaching fitness classes at the time. Tranesxamic Acid is great for reducing the amount of bleeding, but doesn't work for everyone, but I found it to be brilliant. Anyhow, I saw a fabulous consultant and had a procedure under general anesthetic which showed I had a 'lush polypoid endometrium'. A coil was inserted whilst under GA, but unfortunately that didn't work. So I went back and had another GA and had an eblation on the womb lining (I always call it a little sand blasting 😂) and once again another coil inserted. GAME CHANGER ALERT!!! This well and truly worked a treat. Didn't see a thing after that. 😊 I'm nearly 52 and don't have the coil anymore or periods woo hoo! I hope you get your malfunctioning womb sorted as soon as possible, so you don't have to keep thinking about that nonsense anymore. When we were young we couldn't wait to get our periods, and then we can't/couldn't wait to see the back of them 😂😂 😘
Glad you’re being checked out Mandy. I didn’t realise that you can’t have a smear if you’re a temporary resident with a GP, I hope you manage to make this change. I tried tranexamic acid and it had no effect on me…hysterectomy was life changing. Take care x
We are thinking of you lots Mandy. It is obviously a worrying time. Trying to stay positive and focus on all the good stuff can be a great way to cope. We all care about you, which is why we support your channel. Take some YOU time as well. Sending our very best wishes and positive vibes 💜🌻
We can all fill our heads with worries about this and that, but at the end of the day there’s very little we can do except let things take their natural course, and if we can speed things up then do it… Anyway I hope all goes well. Hope you enjoyed your trip to Lincoln, which by the way is my home town and still live just 6 miles away. The Lawns is an excellent place for vanners as you know, and at least you won’t sadly need to worry about “No Dogs Allowed” in the castle 😥 Xx
So glad you are getting things sorted with your health Mandy. Good result with the van mot! Despite you feeling wiped out and still doing all that tidying and decluttering, your skin looks fabulous! Beauty routine/secrets please! X
Sending a hug to help with the worries. Sorry for the female problems and sure do hope they get it sorted out soon. It is a worry but don’t beat yourself up for that. Hopefully that appointment will happen soon. Glad for the van passing its annual checkup. And the spring cleaning is a great thing and makes a person feel so good. I need to have my daughter come to help me and she was here this past weekend. We got thru four file cabinet drawers of papers, bills, and other important and not important things. Three piles. One to keep, one to shread and one to recycle. I can now put new papers in the cabinet. And the one drawer of my medications got sorted. I am hoping the next time will be my closet. It is so much easier for me to make a decision when she asks if I want to keep or discard. On my own, I just put things back in their place.
Hello from Ontario- glad to hear you’ve got good results for some of your medical tests- hard not to worry while your waiting but we are wise enough to know it doesn’t do any good. Easier said than done though. Sending positive energy your way - wishing you all the best and an early appointment at the hospital. xoxo 😊
I know exactly what you are going through bless you I ended up having a full sweep of me bits best thing ever for me I'm sending you positive healing and love we all feel for you be strong
Hugs Mandy 🥰 Sounds like quite a few of us here have been sharing the same Aunt and she's a bit of an energy vampire to say the least. The Tranexamic acid definitely makes life a little easier, hope you found it helped too. Be kind to yourself and don't overdo things. xxx
Living in a small space isn’t easy, I’ve cleaned out my kitchen cupboards today, how many packets of oatcakes does one woman need!? 😂 Well done for getting checked out, not a nice process Hope you’ll soon be enjoying peace of mind! Big hugs Xx
Ello mandy, me again, I'm also in peri , 50 this June and had excruciating periods , huge clots , it disabled me from work and agility, I had loads of blood tests, internal tests for fibroids and polyps and all clear so def a hormone problem, They put me on the mini pill, that I asked every day all month , no breaks, OMG A GAME CHANGER, NO PERIOD FOR OVER A YEAR , Please look into it or ask , I promise its a god send ❤
Ah I didn’t know that, that’s an interesting aside 😁 I’m very allergic to progesterone, even the bio identical stuff so I can’t take the mini pill. It was offered first ahead of the txa
Hi Mandy, glad your test results came back good, good luck with the rest of your tests I’m sure they will be fine, but very pleased that you are getting things sorted, Also glad yours and Johns van passed your MOT, you always have your fingers crossed at these times don’t you. My car is due soon so I will be glad when that is done. Anyway see you next time, have fun..😊
I had a health scare last year, went to the doctor for what I thought was something simple and ended up with appointment after appointment for tests and scans at the hospital. Had me scared for a while but it all turned out well in the end. Stay positive and keep smiling, positive vibes coming your way.
Glad swee passed, I know what you mean about the binoculars (note to self, get mine out of cupboard). Glad to see you are a Dobble fan 😁. Good luck with all the health things.
Hari OM Bummer... I had such nonsense for about six months before the final flood... not a thing since (though symptoms continued for several years...sigh) Well done getting attention and sending warm wishes. Brava, too, for the spring clean!!! YAM xx
Well, you looked a lot better at the end of the video than you did at the start, thank goodness. Lets hope the biopsy comes back ok, and soon eh? You raised some important points about women's health, and I hope you encourage more people to speak openly about matters such as these. You have a great platform with yours and Johns channels, and you use it well. Happy to see the van passed its MOT, its another load off your mind no doubt. Take care now. 👋
I had the trans tablets till i went on the mini pill. Although your allergic to that .. I take feroglobin capsules which helps with the tiredness. Take care xx
After watching recent episodes of Doctors on BBC who have highlighted on colposcopy I would recommend that you try to have general anaesthetic as it can be very painful.Good luck with everything.
Hello Mandy as you where taking about your binoculars i just found ours this morning as we are going on a cruise in march so I put them in my suitcase as we have a cabin at the back of the ship so as I get wake up early I will go on the balcony and I will be looking for dolphins and whales will let you know if I was lucky enough to see them sending you lots of love and hugs best wishes Avis xx
Bless you. I amnot having g a good day today. I had mastectomy 3 weeks ago. Got told Friday it not spread may need chemo. I should be really pleased and am but feel so low from everything. The prodding and pocking. The worse day yet
Hope the transexamic acid tabs sort out your problem. Peri men. is probably more trouble than the eventual 'event' - I took transexamic acid for a few months as my body decided that twenty-one days plus was its new bleeding time!!! I'm please to say all was ok in the end as I'm sure you will be. You need a coffee I'll add one. Ann
Hope your test is fine and everything is ok. Keep well. I have two daughters and a wife of 40 + years of marriage, looking after me. It takes some looking after those three being a lowly male .😅 So you two look after each other.
Sorry you have the worry brain Mandy. I'm fortunate to have the brain that allows me to wait for results day until i get concerned. However, tidy cupboards, tidy mind. 👍
Glad the van passed its mot. Hope your results are positive but glad you are being looked after. Why we have to register at a doctors amazes me, should be more walk in centres for stuff like this like they do with the mammograms, it’s hard being a women sometimes, you take care and get some rest xx💚
