would the difference between private cloud and PaaS just be the ownership of the operating system? im having trouble distinguishing the two
And the application framework is managed with PaaS, e.g. Node.js or Python.
If we want to convert private cloud to public cloud then it is possible Whose Responsibility is for this, Clients or Cloud Providers
It's yours, you must move your infra and apps into the public cloud.
What is ParaVirtualization and how to manage it
It's outside of the scope of AWS education but you can easily google it.
