namaskar! Very few people know that the first kiirtan tune is one from a song by Ferron in the early 80's. I made it into a kiirtan and I and shared it all over the world as I loved the melody. This tune is from Testimony by Ferron. Divyamshu's would have heard me sing it when I was in the USAA. He loved it too, and so recorded it here. I love Divyumshu's voice it will always be remembered, its eternal. bnk

Good question - he is with Baba somewhere. He passed away in the mid 90s not long after this was released. We still had kiirtan tapes then. This is one of the very best, I think. Namaskar to him and to all. Dharma

@@anjali9618 Yes it rocked me to my core, still does. Apparently he suffered from depression. He was cleaning his gun one day. Some say the incident was intentional. There's more to it, obviously, but I'll leave it at that. Others know a lot more. May Baba hug and love him forever. Beautiful voice. Beautiful soul. Baba Nam Kevalam.

Not best but to repeat singular part of this great Mantra degrades it's greatness , straight " BABA NAM KEVALAM" is only MAHA MANTRA n need be sung so .baba man
Nam baba nam kevalam remains not the MANTRA. As BABA used say. People should be careful to follow BABA's directions.
