2020-യിൽ പണിതുടങ്ങിയ A-Frame House നിർമാണത്തിന് മൊത്തം ചിലവ് വന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് ഏകദേശം 16 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ്. വാട്ടർ പൂള്, ഓപ്പൺ ബാൽക്കണി, ബെഡ്‌റൂം, കിച്ചൻ, ടോയ്ലറ്റ്, മേസണിനെ ഫ്ലോർ, ഗ്ലാസ് ബാൽക്കണി എന്നീ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ആണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തീട്ടുള്ളത്. സ്റ്റീൽ, സിമന്റ് ബോർഡ്, പ്ലൈവുഡ്, ഓട്, എന്നിവയാണ് നിര്മാണത്തിനായ്യി ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത് .
Construction was started in 2020 and completed in 2021. Due to covid issues construction has been lagged. Total cost of construction came around 15 Lakhs. A-Frame houe consists of Bedroom, Mezzanine Room, Swiming Pool, Semi Open Balcony, Floating Glass Balcony, Grilling Space, Kitchennette, Toilet with hot water...etc. Ar.Shinoop & Ar.
